I have purchased the woocommerce extension product reviews pro. For product reviews the names still do not appear and I brought it up with the development team and they had no issue on their local systems. Do you think this is due to an old template of woocommerce since I used the demo and created the website using the demo templates?

Just to add, in the woocommerce reviews section on the backend their names are filled out. Just not displayed for some reason and under woocommerce -> settings -> products, there aren’t any settings that would disable the name leaving me to think it might be a conflict in the template.

I purchased this theme some months back and putting up content using WP Bakery Page Builder has been straightforward.
However, for some reason unknown to me…the page builder doesn’t work anymore.
I tried updating the theme but I got a fatal error instead, so I had to restore the site to a previous version.
The page builder still doesn’t work.

Also, when it comes to bundled plugins and you can read more about it here as well if you r WPBakery settings aren’t set please navigate to WPBakery > Rolemanager and select your Custom post type, check all of them as this will enable you to edit both pages, posts and any custom post types within our theme with WPBakery.

Hi, I still have one question. I installed your Hudson theme but there is a bug when I open the theme in the browser Chrome (version 81). The slider keeps standing still when I scroll down. Hi there, I just installed this theme, and noticed when you use the scroll down wheel on your mouse, the whole website, jumps terribly, I have never seen this before, there must be some errors somewhere for it to be doing this? When is your next update. All the WooCommerce files are out of date. I tried updating them but it messes up my website and it says this: Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.

Hi,
I am having an issue where on my websites main home page none of the links work, when hovered they display the correct address, and once clicked the little flashing icon displays to say it is loading something(but the address in the address bar does not change), however nothing loads it remains on the home page with the icon flashing.
The only links that seem to go anywhere are my individual woo commerce products. I can right hand click on any of the links and open them in a new tab fine and once i am on another page all of the links work fine, until i return the the main home page again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
