Hi @ paladin721 , You had missed to add Google API key to run and use Locations searches. You have to add correct address and load correct latitude and longitude to save the restaurant locations in database.
You need to create a Google billing account to pay to utilize it. You may check your own from here : get started :https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
Make sure to enable these API’s to run Google Maps and Autocomplete Suggestions:

Geocoding API
Maps Javascript API
Places API
After that add Google API key in : Dashboard / Foodbakery settings / API settings / Google / Add Google API key

hello guys, we have a question: when a customer click on “confirm order” in your demo it goes to this page: http://foodbakery.chimpgroup.com/single-restaurant/order-detail/?action=reservation-order&trans_id=21781&menu_id=1704 however there you can see logos of merchants such as Authorize.net and skrill among other. Shouldn’t there be just the credit card fields like most ecommerce sites have? customers just want to pay using their debit of credit card, i never saw a site where i as a consumer will click on a merchant logos. Please help understand this or if i missed something. thanks!
This is a default design and flow of theme where user can choose the desired payment gateway method to pay. Incase you want to change and modify you can seek help from developer to achieve what you need.
you might want to consider fixing this my friend, your theme seems to be filled with lots of features that MUST done extra. I do recommend potential buyers to take a serious look at your theme and be warned that there is things that they MUST pay extra. I am sorry but your theme failed the ecommerce idea of theme, would you as user know who is authorize.net, skrill among other merchants? I hope you take my input and fix this part of the theme. Otherwise your theme is good and commend you the job you guys did, its just that you left left out features lacking mobile friendly: when a user add items to cart, they have no clue they added the item so they have to scroll down to see their shopping cart. Please tell me if that is something we have to pay for it? shouldn’t that be part of a well done friendly eCommerce theme?
There are 2 ways to use payment gateways.
1. Theme built Payment gateways : paypal, skrill, authorize.net and bank transfer are built in payment methods. If you dont like to use it the way its been added in theme than problem you have other flexible option as well.
2. You can use woocommerce payment gateways where you can configure any payment gateway of your own choice and carry out the checkout via woocommerce in its check put pages.

I would like to change “feel like eating’ to ‘I’m looking for’ and below that in the search panel there are 2 options, ‘restaurant name’ and ‘locations’. How can I change ‘restaurant name’? If customers knew what the restaurant was called they wouldn’t need a listing site. Can I change it?

Ok, i try to explain, hour restaurant can produce a limit for example of pizzas in one hour , if we receive orders more than a limit the software must control and insert this order in another our. for example from 8:00 t0 8:30 pm i can prepare only 10 pizzas, and other orders can do in another time… is possible with your software. thanks

I tried to get a ticket but it didn’t allow me I bought this product of yours 4 years ago. I know you will tell me that I am no longer entitled to support. But During these years, the upgrades I remember should not have exceeded 2. Your support has always been aimed at addressing your developers, giving me a cost list to support me. This is not an honest treatment. From 2017 until today I have never been able to use this thing. Please 1.Give me where I can have a user manual to find ALL the settings. 2.How Extra Fields are set up and displayed in the store? 3.How to display the radius of the store range and how the same shopkeeper can determine it.? 4.What files can I intervene to add tiered store hours of operation? 5.There are many problems with the appearance of the theme and it requires a lot of searching and improvements. a)for example on the store page the logo of the website is lost. b)when I put a link in the footer it turns and shows a gap at the end so it doesn’t work properly.
Many more problems … Answer me please. Don’t always aim for extra profit. Yes, let’s give you extra money but give for something that works. Thank you.
Hi @ filippos , Just to clarify, Its the Envato that monitor licensing rules. We Authors have no part in it. You have to renew the support license after 6 months expiry. As far as code and custom work is concerned only those queries are mentioned as code customization that is not inlcuded in theme or require code modifications in it. 2. Extras fields can be added in : Dashboard / Foodbakery / Restaurant settings / Extra Fields . As soon as the value will be selected and assigned to any restaurant filter options appear in sidebar containing those filter options.
3. Range option is not given for restaurants. You can seek help from developer to create that on your request if you need.
4. Would you mind to highlight where you need to modify hours ?
5. There are no such visual problems in theme. Make sure you are using latest version of theme 1.8 and latest version of all plugins as 1.8 to avoid any troubles.

By default theme have only 21 templates that means you tried to imported demo 4 times on single installation on your domain. Now you need to reset all start again and import demo only 1 time to avoid any issue again with multiple copies of templates and settings.

You can install ”Classic Editor” plugin to use previous editor of wordpress to make it work fine. Dashboard / plugins / add new plugin / Install Classic Editor plugin
