Can I get a demo of the backend? I want to see how tracking ID are created and managed. Also, is this compatible with WooCommerce? and if someone was to pay through Woocommerce, can it automatically generate a tracking ID or would i have to do it manually?

Hi, I have a problem with the prev and next rev slider buttons, social media icons and the scroll button. Could you give me an idea of what the problem might be? Will it be any plugin? Thank you Edgar

Under “Company” there’s an accordion that doesn’t allow me to edit it. When I click on the edit button on the accordion, it just brings up a box with one element that allows me to add CSS, but that’s it.

It looks like I can only use WPBakery page builder on the homepage? It doesn’t give me the option on the service pages even though that seems like the only way to edit them.

I purchased this theme, but when I go to install the child theme, there is no WXR or sample-content.xml file that came with the download. Please help me figure this out asap.

1- How am I going to edit the templates and the colors and images of the website, through which dashboard ?

2- I noticed that there is a tracking system in the website, is this fully functional and can I generate Tracking Numbers to shipments and also update the tracking information so costumers can watch it in the website ?

3- Does the website supports RTL design ? because I want to translate it to Arabic .. If not can you provide it to me with an agreeable fee

( I am not looking for a form that sends to an email, but an actual calculator) c) Is it possible to access the documentation for this, so I can see how easy it is to install? d) Does this theme come with video tutorials? e) I am planning to install this theme over the weekend and over the coming week – which days will you be closing over the next week, in the event that I find an issue that needs technical support?
