I have another hosting, and I would like to export the theme just as it is so it can be the same version of the one I have already created.

I suggest to use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ ). It can export everything on your WordPress website so you can easily import them to a new site.

I was installed this theme and select personel portfolio modal before 5-6 days ago. All is well but have a some problems. I create a blank page and insert row and insert masonry gallery grid inner row. My gallery page is not loaded before when clicked F5 on that page. First click is unsucces to load and then press F5 key all images loading on grid. And when mouse is scrooled console is writting error([Intervention] Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See) And i saw same error on live preview.
Please help me for this problem.
If you are using a Masonry Media Grid element from WPBakery Page Builder, you will need to disable the Ajax Page Transitions under Theme Options -> Page -> AJAX Options to make it work with that element.
Regarding the error when you scroll, it has been fixed in the next update of the theme. We will release it in a few days. Thank you for reporting this issue.

In the mobile versión of the theme I get to blank spaces. On desktop it looks fine, but when I switch it or check it on a mobile phone there’s two huge blank spaces. One after the contact form and one after the half donut charts. How can I fix this?

Actually, the large space after the contact form is a Google Maps element. There seems to be something wrong with it on mobile so that it doesn’t work correctly. Thank you for reporting this issue we will fix it in the next update.
Regarding the space after the half donut charts, looks like you have set additional padding for the row and columns so that they have large space on mobile. You will need to edit the settings of the row and columns to remove custom padding from the Design Options tab.

Hello Wyde, how could I enable plus/minus quantity buttons on Woocommerce shop page? The up/down ones aren’t working on mobile and I’d prefer to have buttons. Thank you in advance. Regards, Tamara
We are sorry but there is no option to add plus and minus buttons to the shop page.
Also, the up/down buttons will appear only on desktop, they won’t show up on mobile. This is not related to the theme but it is how the mobile browser works.

If you would like to use some sections from different demos, you may need to import another demo to another website (local or temporary website). And then copy the shortcode from one page to another page.
In this case, you can follow the instructions below to add that section to your page:
1. Edit your page using WPBakery Backend Editor. Then switch from Backend Editor to Classic mode.
2. Select Text mode for the text editor. And then add the following shortcode to the last line:

We are sorry but this theme was built with WPBakery Page Builder plugin and the content structure of this plugin is different from Elementor so that the theme demo content might not be compatible with Elementor either. If you would like to use this theme with Elementor, you will need to built a new page from scratch.

We are sorry, this is a bug of the theme. The Info Box displays the bullets only when you choose “Small” for the Icon Size.

It might be because your browser couldn’t load some resource files from your web server so that it couldn’t display the page correctly.

Looks like the settings haven’t been imported yet.
You may need to import the demo settings under Theme Options -> Home. Select only “Settings” option, then click on a demo thumbnail to import the demo settings so that your website will look like our demo.
I’m having trouble with my portfolio. I would like users to be able to use their arrow keys to scroll through images once they’ve selected one from the main page. But I can’t find a way to do that, what would be my best course of action?

- Issue with icons and checkboxes: There seems to be script conflicts on your site. Looks like you have compressed and combined CSS files with SiteGround Optimizer. Try to deactivate that plugin to see if it works.
- Blog page issue: That is a background image of the title area on your blog page, you will need to edit the “Blog Masonry Full Width” page to change it. Here are the instructions:
1. Navigate to Pages, find the page “Blog Masonry Full Width” then edit it.
2. Scroll down to the Vela Options at the bottom of the edit screen.
3. Select the Title Area tab, and then edit the Background Image.
Radio and checkboxes still don’t work with SG Optimizer deactivated. Icons return though! Could you please advise how to fix radio and checkboxes?
Looks like you are using WPForms plugin to create a form. Unfortunately, it is not included in the plugins support list and not compatible with the theme so that it might not work properly with the theme.
We suggest to use the Contact Form 7 plugin that comes bundled with the theme to make sure it will be compatible with the theme.
However, if you would like to use WPForms. You will need to add the following CSS snippet into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to work around this:

Hi there – I would like the logo, hamburger menu, and search to be sticky in mobile. I read in your past comments this was by default however these do not stick on mobile (chrome). I added in some custom CSS you sent out a while ago into the advanced header section but this did not help either (I deleted it). Please check out kcaenglish.com

We are sorry but the sticky menu won’t stick on mobile. On mobile device, the menu needs to slide down to show sub menu items and WordPress admin’s bar doesn’t stick either so that it might not work properly when the sticky menu is enabled.

Ok found where to edit the pricing the second time – under Page – Our Services. Now I just have to figure how to move that section up.

I have one more question if you could help me … How could I change the number of products per row in WooCommerce shop page? With sidebar it is 3 now, but I’d like them to be 4.
When you have a sidebar on the shop page, it will display products in 3 columns.
To make it display products in 4 columns, you may need to change the shop page layout so that it will display without sidebar.
However, if you would like to make it display products 3 columns with a sidebar. You will need to add the code below to functions.php in your child theme:

Unfortunately, the media grid is a new content element from WPBakery Page Builder that has been added to the page builder after the Vela theme was released so that it is not compatible with the AJAX Page from the theme. We recommend using the Image Gallery (Image Grid layout) or Portfolio Grid instead.
Hi there, I am using the Flora theme with a portfolio grid. When I have the filter menu enabled, I was wondering if it is possible to change the filter along the top of the grid to show items from the “Portfolio Skills” instead of the “Portfolio Categories”. Currently in the portfolio grid menu I can only enable the filter from “category” items but I want to filter by “skill”. Thanks!!

We are sorry but you couldn’t change the filter from the Portfolio Categories to the Portfolio Skills. There is no option to change the filter, it always displays the portfolio categories.
