The Elementor Pro license is not included in the theme. If you want some effects, you can request us, we’ll update for you. Recently, you are able to use the elements which are listed in the demo & other elements in WordPress.

Also, I have noticed that in private mode it works, but not in normal one. Please note I have the same hosting for many other WP Elementor pages and never had an issue.
