The plugins are just bundled with the theme, so, we are not able to re-distribute the licenses to our customers because of the copyright.
You have 2 choices to update the plugins.
Option 1: You can purchase your own plugin’s license to active them to receive automatic updates.
Option 2: You also can get plugin updates each time our theme is updated. If you choose this option you will need to wait for a next update.

Started adding translations to the site via WPML and I can’t seem to find a place to edit the button texts or links added via customizer to the the header. Scanning strings doesn’t exist as they are not made by elementor and Billey doesn’t add the button to the strings list as well.

Found it! For anyone searching trough the comments, go to WPML > String Translation. Scroll to the bottom of page and select “Translate Texts in admin screens”. Then search for your text used in header button for example, choose the string and add it to string translations table.
Once its added you can change its default language or translate it.

We’re facing the following issue: After updating the theme, Elementor doesn’t load any more.
When we switch to a WordPress theme, it loads correctly, so it seems to be a theme issue.
We’ve also tried deactivating all plugins except Elementor, but the problem persists.
WordPress is in its latest version, and our PHP version is 7.4.33.
Could you please advise us as to how to resolve this issue?

Let us also note that when rollign back to Elementor Version 3.7.0, it works. So the compatibility issue should be somewhere after that version.

I am a longtime buyer from Envato and I usually look at the comments before buying and it seems that some issues are happening specially when Elementor/Elementor Pro are updating.
1) My question to you, do you consider asking for a fix because there’s issues with compatibility of a new release of Elementor or Elementor Pro the user fault and should buy and extended support or that kind of support is included?
2) Do you have a fix for Instagram because the demo page is not showing any results.

1) When you purchase the theme, it comes with a 6-month support package. Even when your support package has expired, we still provide proper support via a different platform. So you don’t need to worry about it. We have also fixed the compatibility issue, so the theme now supports Elementor and Elementor Pro.
2) Instagram is not showing any results because we don’t have any Instagram accounts to attach to the demo.
3) We haven’t tested Elementor Pack Pro to see if it works with the theme, so we’re not sure. If you want, after purchasing the theme, you can test that. We will help you if there’re any problems happen. We will also collect more opinions to see if our users want to use this add-on and make proper updates to the theme.

First issue is that when I activate Elementor Pro, everything in the frontend disappears Second issue is when I try to edit in Elementor, the whole page refuses to load.
I have updated to the newest version of Billey(1.6.5) and the newest version of Elementor and Elementor Pro. I even tried to roll back to various versions of elementor and still see the issue.

On this page: https://billey.thememove.com/elements/animated-headline/ you display Animated Headlines as elements of the theme. However, when we try to use them, we are unable to, as they appear locked and are presented as Elementor Pro elements. Please advise as to how to use those elements.

This feature is in Elementor Pro and since Elementor did not allow us to bundle the Pro version in Billey anymore, our users can not use pro features. We will update our landing page so it won’t make you confuse.
However, we’ll add a similar widget soon so you can use this feature.

Hello, I purchased this theme with the impression that I would able to pick and choose the home page, element or widgets as needed without having to upload the ALL assets in the every collection in your demo. I was forced to upload your ENTIRE demo site. I didn’t have an option to pick from the items listed below.
Do you have widget gallery with the below items separated?

I assumed your Insight Core widget and website would have widgets I can pick and choose which element I would like to import and NOT be forced to upload all elements, I mean all of them. Why is the theme structured this way?
You show drag & drop to build but it doesn’t include all the widgets in your demo and it doesn’t work like you are referencing. I don’t see the Headers, Footers, Single Post, Simple Page templates in Elementor section or in the Insight Core section.
1. Where can I find the element gallery because what you included is vastly incomplete?
2. Do you have a version of the theme where I can pick and choose which section I can upload to build the site I want to build without having to upload all homepages, widgets, and elements?
3. Where can I find videos references on how to use this theme, like you have listed in your description? When I click on the video channel I don’t see any videos for this Billey theme.
I want to be able easily build my website, can you please help me by answering the questions above?

1. You need to import all demos. Don’t worry, after imported, you can choose to edit and set up the store using your favorite demo.
2. To do that, you can import demo data to a site dev, then export the section you want to use for the main site.
3. We don’t have tutorial videos for Billey yet. You can refer to our document to set up your site. If you find any difficult during the process, you can reach us via https://thememove.ticksy.com/. We will guide you step by step.

Hi there. Everytime I make a change on the website, it breaks. I’ve contacted support and keep getting the same answer, even sent through videos. It is a caching issue caused by the theme and the CSS breaks with each change. Very frustrating and been happening since I installed the theme. Then a few hours later/next day it resolves itself. I never had a theme or issue like this in wordpress. Would someone be able to assist?
