1. I can’t change the “Choose Location” text using Loco translate. I need it to say “Select a Branch.”

2. Is it possible to use radius instead of draw with polygon? Make shipping location available to 5km away from restaurant?

3. On the “Team Member” user, how can I add the “My Restaurant” tab, so that they can edit the restaurant info. even if they are not “Supper Admin”?

1. Open Ticket incase you are having any difficulty while translating with loco : http://chimpgroup.com/support

2 , 3 , 7. That can be possible via custom work.

4. For Social logins, Social Apps, settings and redirect url’s needs to be configured correctly. Help articles: http://chimpgroup.com/kb/jobcareer/salient-features/api-settings/

- you need to add Valid OAuth redirect URI to generate facebook Access token like this :

- https://www.yousite.com.pk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=foodbakery_settings

Once access token will be generated remotely you need to insert second Valid OAuth redirect URI for facebook login and save the App settings:

- https://www.yoursite.com.pk/home/index.php?social-login=facebook-callback

6. You need to setup smtp settings : Dashboard / Foodbakery settings / SMtp configurations and make sure you dont import demno data more than 1 time to avoid any duplication in email templates.

Hello, I have to create a site for a restaurant and I would like to use your theme. My question is this: can I create the whole site locally and then transfer it to the official restaurant domain? how should i behave with the license? When I have entered the license locally, will it also be valid when I transfer the site? Thanks Luca

Hi @ lucabito , Yes, You can create a site at local and can use license for testing purposes and later migrate on live domain after de-registering your purchase code from localhost.

Hi,

We are setting up an ecommerce using your theme FoodBakery, but there’s a major issue regarding the order (delivery / pick-up) option.

We don’t charge for pick-up, only for delivery, so everytime we set the pick-up price to ZERO, the (delivery / pick-up) option disapears from the website, it also adds the value of the delivery to the order leaving no other option for pick-up.

Could you let me know how to set pick-up price as ZERO, please?

Hi, this was only the file that “manage” the displaying of the options, that doesn’t help for any of the whole process to have pick-up price as Zero, but I have found all the functions and coded it up. So, thanks for nothing.

I’m trying to set up facebook login feature on foodbackery theme, the facebook login api setup is complete and working, but there’s a critical problem on the login process, the login through email/username registering is completely different from the facebook login process. See below in detail:

Scenario 1 (logging in using username/password):

The user, add items to his/her cart from the home page (https://bennettandnolan.ie/) as normal and click on “Confirm Order” button, which redirects user to the order detail page (https://bennettandnolan.ie/order-detail/?action=reservation-order&trans_id=20917&menu_id=19903&payment_mode=cash) where he/she can register or logging using username/password method.

You can log in with this test user: jiniben116@tashjw.com password: test123

After logging in, user is redirected to a second order detail page (https://bennettandnolan.ie/order-detail/?action=reservation-order&trans_id=20917&menu_id=19903&payment_mode=cash) to enter name and address, then clicking on submit order they are redirected to the payment page, all working properly here.

Scenario 2 (logging in using the facebook api):

The user add items to cart same as above and click on confirm order button which redirects to the order detail page, same as scenario 1 above.

But now, user clicks on Facebook login button. Once authenticated, the user is redirected to a completely different page (https://bennettandnolan.ie/user-dashboard/?dashboard=suggested) losing all cart items, checkout process, making the whole purchase process useless.

How can I ammend that so when the callback from facebook loads, it actually redirects the user to the “action=reservation-order” with proper params?

That makes absolutely no sense to allow user to login using social media and take user to a completely different process.

Incase of login via Buyer or via any Social login its got redirected to dashboard. Items are not lost anywhere. You can simply press back button of browser and you will be taken on same page and all items will remain in cart.

If you want to change redirection you can do it in functions.php with the help of developer.

There are only choices. Single or Multiple. There is no optional choice given in theme. You can seek help from developer incase you need to get what you are looking for as optional.

In this case, there is no way to set up

Multiple Extras is created to have and accept multiple but not optional. You can add value as 2 or 3 or 4 as you wish for any section of extras.

I have doubt before buying. The theme (multiple restaurants), the customer / user creates a page of his restaurant. Can he insert and edit his menu with his products?

Good morning, I have already translated the entire front and back into Spanish manually. My query is the following: I need the categories to appear in a fixed way in the mobile view, since it is tedious to have to go up and down if there is an extensive letter, so I would like to know if there is any type of shortcode to be able to post on the home page. menu the customer categories and have them accessible to us by them without having to upload again

You can look at the categories above. if we have a lot of dishes it becomes tedious, I think you have an option to set the categories in the header or take a sidebar to the right with the restaurant categories so that it is easier to navigate through the categories if you have many dishes of food inside a I upload a video for you to watch and tell me if you have any sidebar or similar

Hi @ marlinyard , Could you pass on your Admin login and ftp details on Ticket No : 163391 where agent can check the possible conflicted reason and sort all for you. Make sure you are not using any third plugin that can hinder the normal functionality.

Hi, Now I am cufusing about flow of payment. When customer bought some menu from the site, Restaurants can not approve his payment, it will checked only by the site manager, Because this is a listing site, each restaurant should approve or complete payments individually, but it can’t. If over 10 restaurants have registered, the site operator cannot keep up with the payments for each order.

Or is my setting wrong?

Hi @ mideax , Payments are received directly into admin’s payment account and restaurant user can withdraw their payment part via his dashboard which is manually transferred by admin outside the website. https://prnt.sc/fez3n7

‘Get paid Directly’ feature will help restaurant users to receive payments directly in to their accounts. We don’t have any set date for this feature release yet.
