I have an issue in my site. Aparently, I can’t use more than 1 blog module, because only one of them works. This start happening after updating Cesis and the plugins. My WordPress it’s fine and this is not caused by any other plugin, I already check it, so please let’s avoid the “did you try deactivating all your plugins????” Please skip that part. This issue cames with the updates, so please let me know how to reverse the updates.

I updated to the new version and it broke my blog and footer! I’ve just tried to open a support ticket, but my support has expired. I don’t think it’s fair to make a customer pay $42 for more support, when this issue has clearly been caused by the update. I await your reply.
Over 24 hours and still no response! Your customer service used to be good, but not any more! Your theme update has wrecked my site, but you don’t care!

In our latest update we just updated the Slider revolution and no changes have been made to the theme files.

I was using Cesis – version 1.8.1 – but the latest update has caused the following issues:
1) The blog page is now blank, apart from this error:

2) The 4th Footer Widget now displays this error:

Make sure that you also updated the plugins included in our themes ( Appearance > Install plugins ).

All the plugins included with your theme that werepreviously in use have been updated.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme, in the latest version we require a theme license verification.

We are facing issues to log in to the wordpress website using cesis theme. It is hosted via GoDaddy. Today we faced the problem like hacking or malware on the website. Our website was marked as dangerous and with deceptive content. We tried to log in but it was redirecting to protection-mimecast.mateszalkaiszc.hu/something… It required to enter our password, but we think its a scam. Right now it does not redirect, it only shows error 404 with invalid URL. What should we do? How can we access the website? Our support expired 20 days ago

i’ve cleared the cache, but still doesnt work. after updating the theme, image slide is blank, drop down menu is also not working. what should i do?
I read some refferences on google. after read this https://betterstudio.com/blog/jquery-not-a-function-wordpress/ it may be an issue of jquery syntax used on your latest theme update. because after updating to latest version of cesis, javascript/jquery doesnt work properly. so the image slider, the dropdown menu, etc do not work / do not display. I look at the browser console and found this warning: 1. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘swing’ of undefined at cesis_easing.js:40 2. jQuery.Deferred exception: $ is not a function TypeError: $ is not a function Could you fix it as soon as possible? Hello Cesis, I have a major issue with my website performance. It’s reaches 85% CPU usage for a total of 10 online users. I run some tests and noticed that your theme Cesis folder is 64MB when other WordPress theme barely have 1MB total size. I have your theme for over 6 months,but my site was released recently and I notice the big load times. Can this causes all this CPU usage? Can you please help me identify the issue?
