The issue is clearly showing its path and it is coming from WP Core files, Please try to contact WP support, This is the WP Core issue, not the Theme issue, You can verify it by activating the WP default Theme like Twenty Twenty as well you will find the same issue.

I am using your theme for my shop and at the moment what i would like to do is that on cart i add some custom code before the total price, but somehow i am not able to add it right above the total.
So i have situation where my prices are with tax and before total i need to display net total, tax and then total together. How can i achive that with your theme ?
I tried to add it into hook woocommerce_cart_totals_before_order_total, but this hook is then displaying it in wrong way.
