Users cannot provide a review on their own listing.
I do not want the original user who submitted the listing to have to provide the description. Can the description field be removed as a required or optional listing? Or can the description field be available to enter content only when the claimer edits the original listing?

My directory will NOT be location based. Therefore, can I remove location from search bar/engines; remove as a required or optional listing submission field?
Yes you can remove WHERE field from search and also hide location related fields from listing submission.
I just bought the listingpro and i have been going through the theme options and when I save them, I go back to refresh and nothing changes on home page or any other page. As for the headers and footers also. I don’t know what else to do with this.
wpbakery is new to me but this should not be that difficult to understand how to change a color or font and click save.
The image in the hero section on the home screen is impossible to change as this only shows a grey screen.
Not impressed at all because I have been working on this for so many hours today and nothing is happening. Every tutorial I see that is out there, everyone is using the elementor. Which I am regretting now because I am unable to change it. Don’t worry, I have tried to. It basically crashes the site and had to switch back to wpbakery.

The issues you having is due to file permissions on your server specially with dynamic-css.php file is not access able directly. You must open a ticket with your hosting as explained in your ticket. Thanks!
Hi there. We are looking at using this theme for a Talent Agency website. It will be one where clients can look up Comedians, Tribute Bands and so on, so rather than Knife and Fork, or ‘Beauty Spa’ icon, we want to use Laugher images, or Musical Notes for ‘Tribute singers’ etc.
Can this theme be used like that? So the Categories that appear on the homepage, they might be “Tribute Solo’, Tribute Men’, Tribute Woman’, Groups… with appropriate icons from the built in system?
We also need each ‘Act’ who is on the website (ie, the business) to be able to be charged monthly or yearly to use it. And possibly with ‘levels’ of access.

Will do, though I cannot see anything about the Icons, or a ‘List’ of icons available. For ex. In the Hotel bit, there are icons for Bed, Bath, Shower etc. So we would need to change these for the ‘Talent Agency’ options to each “person”.
If it can do this, we are onto a winner!

It depends how many listings are there in the location. If there are listings in same location it will be zero-in but if there are listings spreadout then it will zoom out to show the number of listings on a single page. Also we have a near me feature that allows to adjust the distance radius.

To add icons to categories you should go to backend > categories and edit each category to upload icon.

Subs Levels: If we want it to be £25 per month, or £60 per three months. Can it do that, so they are charged £60 every 3 months? (no charge in what they can do).
Also, we want it to be free for 2020, and charged from 2021 for all subscriptions. How does it do that?
Yes you can set duration as per your wish when creating a recurring plan.
30 = 1 Month 90 = 3 Months 365 = 1 Year

Normally you can create a coupon and user will not be charged on the first time and then will be charged when recurring cycle kicks in. But in your case you might just want to give them an option of a FREE plan that expires in 2021 and then have them upgrade to a premium plan.
Once the free plan expires their listing will expire so if they want to activate their listing they need to upgrade to paid plan that you can set to bill every three months. What you can do is that you can give them a coupon to come on board the paid plan once the free plan expires so this way the will get another three months free but you will also get them in the system so after three months the auto recurring payments will kick in. Or you can set the Free plan expire 3 months before 2020 ends and then give them 3 months free coupon.

OpenStreetMaps is now included to display maps as archive page map or on listing details page (address/direction map) etc. Only for the advance Location Search features, or during Listing Submission (Add Location by Google) you will need a Google Maps API.
As for which plan you need depends on your expected monthly usage. There is a $200 free monthly credit google offers so you need to do your own math to see which plan suits you. You can also check on our FB Group to understand how others are paying.

Hello,as we continue to build out our Listing Pro website, we are very impressed with the overall functionality. However, one major issue that we have discovered is with the invoices. When an invoice for a customer is generated, the Invoice is issued to [email address]. However, from a business transaction perspective, this information should include [Business Title] and [Business Address] for the paying customer. We have asked support about this and told that this would cost for additional customisation. We would like to think that this much needed feature should be available without development charges. it would be really good to find out about this from you. With thanks

I just returned to editing my listingPro website, and I realized that anytime I try to submit a new listing, the page redirects to the “select pricing plan” page. My website will be largely free for now, so I do not intend to use pricing plans altogether for now. I have disabled all pricing plan options in the theme options with no luck.
Please how do I enable add listing without selecting product plan?

Paid Submission is set to NO in theme options > payment > general.
if I set this option to YES, then the pricing plan page is displayed when I click the” Add Listing” button. If I set it to NO, the pricing plan page is displayed after I click the submit listing button on the add listing page. Please I want to remove the Pricing Plan page altogether.

2. You cannot just add another drop-down field. Our built-in search only allows WHAT and WHERE. If you want to add additional field it is possible as part of custom job. (example: https://sacwellness.com)
3. You cannot just add another primary filter option without custom job. All the custom filter goes under Secondary filter options which is either via FEATURES or ADDITIONAL DETAILS.
