There would be some issue with your weekday translation. The weekday you have translated did’t match with the WordPress language which you have defined in the backend .The system will match you translated days with the WordPress Translated days if they are not matched the system will considered as the day not found / no data enter so it will not fetch any data in the array therefore the message of Day off will be print.
Please translate your weekdays in your selected WordPress language so they can match with the WordPress language.

I am testing ListingPro to working on a directory for regional media professionals. I purchased it, but had to set it aside while we looked at other solutions. Coming back to it now to see if it can be the right solution.
I’ve run into an issue with using Custom Fields in the listings. My custom fields “Extra Fields” metabox is showing up 2x (2 separate metaboxes) in each listing and the result is the results are getting doubled:
For examples, a member checks “Yes” in a custom checkbox for “Accepts Credit Cards” in the submit listing form and afterwards, the listing has 2 “Extra Fields” metaboxes, each with a “Accepts Credit Cards” checkbox and both are checked. Then on the front end the “Accepts Credit Cards” in additional items says “Yes, Yes” instead of “Yes”.
Anyone else having this issue? Deleting and recreating the custom fields in the FES or the Listings>Form Fields menu seems to get the same result – 2x metaboxes. Is there a way to clear out this data or not get them to double up?
Please advise. This seems like a fundamental under the hood issue that I cannot control. I am happy to pay for support (again) but I need to know if this is something you have seen or can fix.

2. Also, Is it possible to force the “login/sign up” modal window to load “sign up” first? I have created a sign up text link for new users and it’s confusing for them to see sign in first, then look for “sign up” text at the bottom to switch to Sign Up modal.
I added the class from the sign in button to my link like so: JOIN NOW!
3. Is there a way to set the select your plan switcher to default to “Annually” instead of “Monthly”? We still want both options, but want to show Annually first on the page.
Also, is there a way to accommodate 5-6 plan columns in one row instead of only 3? Changing the row layout to full width only makes the price columns wider.
4. How do you limit “free” listing to only 1 per user?
I have a “basic” listing plan (not a package) that is free with limited display of user data. I created a new test user, signed up for a basic listing and then tried to create a second basic listing. It allowed me to fill out the 2nd listing form, but then froze on submit without any notice of what’s going on.
What is the solution to make it so they can’t even select basic listing plan if they already have one?
I tried again to submit another basic plan listing and it went through, instead of limiting it to 1 time use. I found this text in one of your earlier support messages listed as a feature.
- Restrict FREE plan to one-time usage. Then once the listing expires the user must upgrade to a premium plan.
How do I set it up to do that?

I saw mention that PayU is on the roadmap. Is there any kind of indication as to when this will be available? I bought this theme quite a while ago (June 2017) and haven’t been able to use it due to lack of supported Payment Gateways. PayU is what I’ve been waiting for.

Yes PayU is on roadmap we have found out that PayU South Africa doesn’t support small business.
Here’s the response we were forwarded from another user who tried to create an account with PayU.

i do have Three major issues with the system.
1) The ads i have been testing and submitting are not shown in the user dashboard or in the admin dashboard.Sometimes I can’t even find the listing, the listing isn’t suggesting anything. Sometimes it works and I have been successfully paying it via wire. But it doesn’t show after refreshing on the user dashboard or in the admin dashboard. I am receiving a lot of emails from the invoices and other but, delayed with 10-15 hours and sometimes in a few minutes later…. The same thing is with the appointments, i activate it and it won’t show up in the dashboard.
2) The translation for Germany isn’t actual, is there a german version which is fully translated and working?

License key expires every +/- 2 weeks. On a few Facebook pages people complain about the same issue we are facing with LP. They mentioned that there is a fix that they got from support. This is a BIG problem for us as we do not have support with LP and this is the basic functionality of LP so i don’t see why i should buy support to fix a BUG that is crucial for all LP users with or without support. Please let us know how we can implement this fix! Thank you.

1. There should be an option to filter/search a specific listing to send an email to, and not only in bulk 2. Option to add images in the templates 3. Make templates more Customizable 4. If it can send emails, it should also receive emails. User need to be able to receive replied emails from e-blaster and not somewhere else. This will be more convenient

The provider can see how many coupons were downloaded for use?
Is there an option for the user to download the coupon in PDF or will it be sent by email? This is super important since with a QR code you can increase traffic to physical stores with the discount coupon.
Just copying a coupon only works for sites that sell online.

ListingPro includes TWO levels of coupons feature. One for Directory Admin to give discount to Listing Owners to submit a listings and get a discount on a pricing plan. Secondly it also allows Listing Owners to offer a Coupon/Deals to their visitor on listing details page.
There is an option to limit number of coupons for Admins to Listing Owners. But there is no limit to set for Listing Owners to Visitors.
So in your case there is no limit to set.
2. The provider can see how many coupons were downloaded for use?
Currently no stats available for listing owners. Only admin has stats for coupons for pricing plans only.

Each individual listing owner will have option to configure their own appointment slot duration. When the first time setup appointment booking they will be asked to “Select The Appointment Duration For Each Slot”

Although I was able to put in a “Recent” listings block, I could not find any Listingpro elements for featured, highest rated, or most popular listings. Are they available?

There is no FEATURED element for page builder but there is Listing By ID to feature specific listings. Also we have built-in Ad Campaign to promote multiple listings over the top of organic listings. You can change ADS to FEATURED or something else. Most popular and highest rating is also not available as an element. All the elements available are on the demo website to test.
