i have purchased your theme sometime ago and couldn’t used the wp web site for some time now. Wanted to login again today but forgot the wp-admin password. i reseted admin password from cpanel but didn’t work. Why its is redirecting to normal login page when i entered my login/password in admin panel? Appreciate your help on this.

I bought this Theme over 3 years ago with no problems. I don’t understand why you had to make updating to v5.7 such a pain. It can only be done through you and, I had to wait for over a month get help with your Ticketing system and all the time when you respond is asking me to backup my site and forward my login details. Every time I do you will disappear again. You pop up then ask me the same things, again! I ended up abandoning the whole thing, till today I haven’t updated.

I wouldn’t call it ‘addressed’. As i said on my previous comment, I abandoned the whole exercise of requesting for an update, as you kept asking the same details i provided before and having to wait for a really long time for assistance.
as per ticket record, you cancelled the request for an update. support team asked you for permission multiple time just to ensure that you are ready for changes expected after the update. please keep in mind, there was major change in framework that why we converted all sites by our support team to ensure data safety.
Exactly what I’m saying. You also need to consider the frustrating amount of time i had to wait for the response of your support team. Close to a month!
well there are too many things going around, obviously updating user sites manually create som extra load on support team, while we are already facing a lockdown situation due to covid-19. please contact via support channel, they will try best to resolve your query as soon as possible.

Hi, I am unable to create custom fields ( Dashboard > DirectoryPress > Fields).
Does anyone else here have the same issue?
I imported Classiads Ultra. Thought this could be a server/PHP issue. I have tested on different server setups and PHP versions, still no luck in creating custom fields.

2. Your theme (ClassiadsPro) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
Sorry, there are issues. I have tested on server setups by Runcloud, Moss.sh and Serverpilot. Its not working with any of those setups. I don’t intend to provide access to the server, so I will just wait or move on with another theme. Have wasted 2 days trying to create fields.

you can find a woocomerce addon for e-wallet, our payment system is based on woocomerce so you can use any woocomerce gateway

Note in the other theme its only possible to add car brands and i cant add the models .and the search bar was very poor

no, you can create unlimited filters based on categories but can not create fields based on other fileds

First day I bought theme support answered me in minutes. Now support hasn`t been answering for 3 days. Really like the theme, but it is full of small bugs
