Please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

You can import the demo when you install our theme, and all of the content that you see on our live demo site will be downloaded to your WP installation. I have a little challenge, i have tried several times importing connecting instagram into my template however, the feed doesn’t display within the app.
I tried updating the former instagram pae with my business page before this started, pls kindly check this out and rectify.

We tested the latest version of the theme and core plugin in our local installation, and it’s working fine on our behalf https://prnt.sc/r057v3.
An important note is that you have to update the Elated CPT (Core) plugin as well since the latest version is 1.3.

I have one more issue. In portfolio item when i add some sidebar items and save it work ok. But when i need to change something and i’m going to edit page again all items are dissapered. They are still showing on porfolio page but you can’t see them on edit page. After i save portfolio again all disapear, only brand left.

Once testing this on our behalf with the latest version and the latest we could create additional Sidebar items which got displayed without any issue. So please check if have added your Additional Sidebar items to your Portfolio single page.

It’s impossible to submit request because my support is expired. I don’t want buy new because it’s not my fault that template not working good. I don’t change anything on my site and after update it’s not working fine. Why i should buy your support for 2/3 price of regular license. I’m not using 3rd party plugins so it should work ok. Please find solution for this situation, you as a developer should guarantee good program operation.

I tried this. I Saw that you ask someone else for this two things one month ago. So i did it and check PHP version (7.2) but no results after this changes.

and simply edit the line on 119 to be like in this screenshot
In other words replace the code on line 119:

With this one instead:
} else if(sizeof($timeline_dates_array) < sizeof($timeline_labels_array)) {

Thank you for choosing our theme!
Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.
First thing you need to make sure you’ve downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select “All files & documentation”.

Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you’ve downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:
