[Portfolio Single Page]
How do I change the dimensions of the featured image on a single page? It does not respect the aspect ratio of the original image but makes it 1190×1115px.
Also, I cannot see a use for the second featured image. Please explain.
Hi please note that we can help you on our Averta Help Center I will give you a solution below but if still need help please use our support. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to change this yet but I can provide a workaround for you. ?Please navigate to the plugins folder in your WordPress installation and go to the following path: auxin-portfolio\includes
Then open the general-functions.php file and navigate to line 218. This is the line:
$args[‘the_media’] = get_the_post_thumbnail( $post->ID, ‘large’ );
you need to replace the “larger” argument with “full”. The result will be this:
$args[‘the_media’] = get_the_post_thumbnail( $post->ID, ‘full’ );
That’s it. Now your featured images in the single portfolio will be displayed to the full size.

Hi about your first issue please submit a ticke on our Averta Help Center . about your seconf question, no you can only use it in 1 domain and for different domains you need to buy different license. for exampl you need to buy 2 phlox pro to use it in 2 domains.

I want a refund ASAP
This is the worst bundled them I have purchase in 10 years. It is not compatible with Elementor, You have to subscribe to Envato just to be able to use the images.. I have attempted to edit the picture area and you have to buy something else just to do that.. This sucks.

I am unable to update “Element Pack” from version 4.5 as there is no update option on the Phlox Pro > Plugins page. When i go to that page I only see list of plugins that are not installed. I tried uninstalling the plugin and then installed it from the Phlox Pro > Plugins page, but still no update option.

I demand a refund, I have bought several themes here and I have always been able to download the images without problems, you are the only one who has problems with stock images.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that but I have to say all the images that we used are from Envato Elements and our own. for the ones that are from Envato Elements, we are not allowed to pass them to our customers and it is same for all of the themes that used licensed images. Most of the themes on popular page of themeforest are also same as us and the images are all watermarked. can you please share some of those that has no watermark on the images?

We need to check from your admin area to be sure but from my experience, it seems that the styles of the Elementor are not applying to the page which in most cases can be fixed by making a small change on your page and update it. It will trigger the save function which will re-generate the files again.
If that’s not the case, then we can investigate for more details but I’m sure it’s nothing that can’t be fixed. Please follow-up on your ticket. We will continue to assist you there.

Hi as you already mentioned, you are not using Phlox theme and you are using another Item. You need to contact its author, I am sure they will help you.

Please notice that as the error indicates, there is a connection problem between your servers and ours. Since we know that our servers are up and running and a lot of our users are already using the demos, then most probably your server has some kind of secure layer that is preventing the connection. You need to check that with your host provider and make sure that the connection can be established.
Another thing to look for is the minimal PHP version but I’m sure that’s not the problem. We have described this issue and also provided the addresses that you need to check in the following guideline: https://docs.phlox.pro/article/206-error-activating-licenseAlso please note that you need to use Averta Help Center to get support.
