Subscription based – please give more details. WE have subscription to add listings and that can be sold (through paypal, stripe or wire transfer). A package includes a duration, a number of listings allowed and a number of featured listings allowed.
Regarding the 2nd question, If you wish to block hours and leave only specific slots (like 1-2) (and 4-5), but keep 2-4 blocked, that could be done only if client blocks using an ical feed where dates are blocked.

Hi, i have sandbox activated, i have disabled paypal and enabled stripe but paypal is showing instead of stripe on the checkout page ?

We don’t have this kind of option. You can put a min hour block, but not a max. So people could book 4, 5 etc is you set min 5 hours. Thank you

Hi. You can add listings as admin and then edit owner – https://help.wprentals.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/edit-owner.png But the owner must register in the theme in front end – and admin manages properties in front end (to add). Just to edit the owner, he manages that from wp-admin
However, only 1 owner can exist per property.

(Owners can create a listing but it will wait until I approve it) (Owners can edit live listing … but I must approve the edit … before changes can appear)

Hi I bought theme and works good but I have a problem.. when click on check-out not open the calendar, I think is a bug because happened in demo too, how can i fix this?

Hi Sancho, Thank you for buying the theme. Check-out and check-in select from the calendar view at the same time (calendar doesn’t close until check-out is disabled). Open check -in. Select Check-in. Select Check-out. Calendar closes and shows check-in ad check-out dates selected.
For the license – If nothing happens it’s possible you didn’t install the theme right. Send me site wp-admin access and url in private to check asap – https://themeforest.net/user/wpestate
Memory is read from wp-config. If you haven’t defined in wp-config, please do that follow this help and the message will read memory and be removed – https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

Hello… I have a pre-buy question: I will use your theme for one of my client. The map listing is ok, but we need to disable the booking function and maybe hide prices… We want to use it in a catalog mode… Customers will contact my client by phone or mail to have a quote.
If there is a way to put a “ask for a quote” button instead of book now, it would be perfect… There is some plugin which let using the catalog mode, but y don’t now if it’s compatible with your theme

We don’t have this by default (replace book with another form). You can redirect users from book to a different page if that helps.
You can also use the contact form that exists now in the booking (it’s open to people who login and not login)

Hello, These are not taxonomies and there is no link to a list like that. So I am afraid making State link implies a more advanced custom development (making these fields taxonomies, registering them in search / submit / property etc) as such. I will add this suggestion to wishlist, but now it would require custom development and a developer’s assistance to implement the changes.

Hourly booking can be enabled from wp-admin on any demo (including main demo). You can see how hourly booking would work with guests in booking form here – https://office.wprentals.org/ and if you wish to test wp-admin I can help with that too. We have payment to admin and as merchants you can use theme merchants OR enable Woo Commerce and use any merchants supported by Woo. I think Mercado Pago and Payu are supported by Woo, but you can double check with their site documentation as well.
In total booking there is a “security” deposit fee you can add and get as part of deposit paid. But to return it automatically via the theme is not possible. That would have to be managed outside the theme.
Also, you cannot charge this fee separately. So either you put the fee and charge in deposit / remaining fee balance, or you put the fee and ask people to pay on site (depending on how you will use the deposit options we have)
