Hi, looks like you’re using the Fill crop factor, you need Fit, look in Journal > Skins > Edit > Image Dimensions > Product Grid/List…
Or in that Products module, each products module has optional image dimensions per module.

Hi, I dont’t know what that element name: at the top of on product list view, there is a little dropdown where you able to choose how many products shows per page. You can choose 25, 50, 100 or 200. Where I can set the default value of it to 25 from 50? Thanks!

I made an exact copy of my the live website for testing purposes on a test environment. On the test environment when I go to the opencart catalog page (all products) just 10 products are loaded. On the live environment the products are loaded on scroll. The more you scroll down the more products are loaded. This does not work on the test environment. How do I solve this? Thank you for the fast response. The settings are the same as the live website, so infinite scroll is ON. As mentioned earlier, the same settings do not work in the test environment.

Hi, no the demos come with lots of modules but you can just remove what you don’t need, look through Journal > Modules > ... and delete what you don’t want.
Or rather go through the page builder in Journal > Layouts > Home… and simply remove rows or columns you don’t need and reconfigure the layout.

Hi, that’s quite a misleading statement.
It’s always been known that not all payment methods work with custom one-page checkouts like the one found in Journal, and for this reason there are two checkout systems in Journal, the default one which works with ALL methods supported by Opencart, and the custom checkout which is optional to use and subject to compatibility with certain extensions.
So one can always use the default Opencart checkout which can be activated from Journal > Skin > Checkout.

Journal support was great , Stripe works properly no problem with the Journal theme thanks
there is a problem with the filter in mobile version. When manufacturers tab is opened – its impossible to scroll up to the other filters.

Hi, My Product List pages are slow (there are 15-20 pages and 50 products /page). I guess Journal 3 loads at the start all of the products (in background) not only the first page.
It is possible to change this somewhere? I guess the original opencart loads just the first pages.

Hi, those aren’t loaded in the background without user action. They are only loaded when you reach the bottom of the page or by button click.
You can disable this in Journal > Skins > Edit > Product Listing > Pagination…
