When a client registers and the listing is approved, do they get an email saying they listing is approved? Can it be customised?

How do you plan to accept donations? We don’t really have an option to accept donations but if you can give more details about your use case we can better guide you.

This is not possible without major customization.

Do you mean WordPress Backend? can you please clarify exactly what section you mean and how is it relevant to ListingPro.

ListingPro is end-to-end directory solution. You don’t need to buy extra plugins.

Yes you can use Google Adsense or generic banner ads that will appear on top listing result and side bar.

Yes email notifications are sent to users upon approval.

In the demo the categories of the lists are sequentially in a dropdown menu – Is it possible to organize them differently, so that you have more overview with a large number of categories?
Is it possible to display content in a list that does not correspond to any element of the list but links directly to another page?

Sorry currently that’s not possible.

You can use Elementor or WP Bakery’s Text Editor element to create a list and link it as you wish.

Hi there. Just bought this awesome theme a couple of days ago.
I am having some minor issues tho. My edit-listing page is not showing correctly, but only shows the shortcode itself, on the specific page. The URL config is correct, and the shortcode is ofcourse on the requested page. It actuelly seems to be the VC shortcode that is generated, despite of using Elementor.
I also noticed some issues with auto location on GPS. It does not happen.
Any help is highly appriciated.

Question about “Your listing has been submitted” email that comes to confirm submission. There is a section of the email that says “Other Details”. It includes: Full Address:45 B Road NY. USA. Why does this email address occur? It appears to be a default address of some kind.

Hello,
WordPress auto updated and our website is broken with no recent work done. I decided to check, signed in, and saw a notice to update the PHP.
We are presently running on version 7.0 though but there is a note on the dashboard saying that it had been deprecated then I went to the cPanel to see if there was a higher version but Inherit remains the only option.
I hereby want to know if the problem would be solved upon switching to Inherit or what do you suggest that I do to have the website back to its normal state?

Can I create custom listing types? Like i want to create real-state section for Buying, selling and rental listings.

Sorry there is no simple way to export data.
It’s almost 4 months now and there’s still no updated version of the Paystack addon. Do you not know it’s affecting our business? Lots of local businesses are now coming online which would’ve joined our directory but how do we receive payments when the addon isn’t working yet. What’s going on? Assign a staff to fix just whatsoever the issues could be. Thanks.

I and my colleagues are very pleased on the release of the new version but it’s so disappointing as it still didn’t solve the essential issues as outlined.
Please note the following:
1. On checkout, when user checks the T&C, inputs card details, summits and transaction goes well, the user isn’t being loaded the Success Page. Instead a popup window is triggered, displaying an error, at the center-top of the page.
NB: We always get alerts form Paystack for the payments made via e-mail though.
2. In addition where the price on the plan is set to let’s say ₦3,500 it’d show as 3NGN in the e-mail user gets instead of 3,500 NGN.
3. There’s still no payment option to select in the Ad Campaign.
I hope that these issues would be fast solved.

Yes, they can insert as many videos as they want. Currently, there are no plans for allowing users to post blog. We may consider it in the future.
Must be the far far fartest future because I and other people asked for it several times a long time ago [ just as Mollie / ideal integration ] but somehow there is a lot of resistance from your part to integrate this in your directory theme.
