Currently, this can be achieved with a third-party plugin. Many subscription plugins provide either widgets or shortcodes, to display forms and the theme has several predefined slots, where you can insert them.

I have purchased it. I have observed that the post view counter increases on every refresh. I want to make it increase on every unique view, can you please help me with it.

Theme counts a view on a page load. If you need it to act in some other way please consider using a third party plugin instead. Here is one for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-views-counter/
You can disable theme’s views counter in Customizer -> General settings. It will stop counting completely and not just hide the counter from public view.

Nice clean design. It seems the infinite scroll feature makes it so a visitor could not ever utilize the footer navigation. Is there an easy way to turn off the infinite scroll feature in the theme admin?

And I couldn’t change header logo area. It is always left side. I guess, general options header layoutm is the answer but 6 options are same, didnt change.

2. The header area is changed in the Customizer. You were right regarding the 6 options for header layouts. If it does not change the layout it is odd and should not happen. Is it possible that you have caching enabled and it is not changed because of the cache. If it is not the case, please send us you dashboard login details and we will check this out.

1) is infinite scroll available on all demos? I could see it only on one 2) how many plugins does one need to install to make this theme work?

1) Our demo sites are only random ideas of how the website would look like using this theme and all of them are running the same theme. The infinite scroll is a theme feature and it’s available for each demo.
2) Basically, there is only one required for the theme to function. But if you would like to use the infinite scroll, you need to install one more plugin, in total 2 plugins.

Some features of the theme such as “infinite scroll” come as a plugin. The plugin is already inside the theme files. This is not a third-party software, but our plugin, so we are able to provide support on it.

There is no page builder this theme use. We created custom controls for homepage sections in WordPress Customizer. You can enable/disable the sections and change their settings.

The Sticky option appears when you’re editing or creating a new post. The option is located on the right side of the editor page under “Status & visibility”.

Currently theme have no built-in Instagram feed functionality, however there are quite a few plugins out there built especially for showing Instagram images. You can use any of the plugins together with the theme.
I cant seem to change the colors of the theme. I have checked appearences > customize> and still no color change option
The closest i have found is customizing—> AMP and the color changes option says “AMP currently not available for the page currently previews”
How do i fix this?

Sorry you have this issue.
Usually it happens due to something on the server where your site is hosted. Please try clear the hosting cache and, if you have CloudFlare enabled, please clear it’s cache as well and then try to re-install the plugins.
