You can translate all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.

Theme is good but support is unhelpful and not knowledgeable compared to other themes. Would not recommend to non-developers.

We just tested your website and it works correctly with WPBakery page builder. We don’t see any problems connected to our theme or WPBakery. Most likely, you have problems with other plugins that you already turned off.

but when I am deactivating this plugin website not working and at the same time its does not work on activating the plugin and – cpanle physical memory show 100% why this happening I have already checked with Godaddy support an they told me there is plugin issue and I found this plugin creating issue
Probably, you have some problem with your host since you say that it is not working when you deactivate the plugin too. Try to test how it works on some other hosting like Bluehost or WP Engine.

is it possible to show only the categories I want? I give an example, I have 15 categories but I want only the 9 main ones to be shown in the banner ( ex. https://ibb.co/55KZXJH ).
