Do you have a backend demo for the admin and restaurant so I can see before I buy. Also a few questions
1. Does the restaurant back end work on mobile devices and has a quick status update of the orders 2. How much does it cost to configure the emails to print on thermal printers or does it use the standard woocommerce print system 3. What methods of charging can be set for the restaurant membership, is this on commission basis or fixed monthly or weekly charging 4. What options can the restaurant change from the manager panel e.g can they quick switch the restaurant to closed or open as and when they like, do they have a messaging system with admin to resolve any issues. 5. Can the theme be used with Elementor. 6. Can the system restrict ordering for delivery to certain distances and also times.

I have had a look and it does not show any detail for the Order management as I need to know if an order comes in will the restaurant be able to just select a response for example Order Processing, Order Out for Delivery, Order Rejected etc. Also does this go back to the customer so as the customer has a response and update on the order.

Just to clarify point 6. You are saying there is no distance calculation for delivery so for example restaurant will only allow delivery 3 miles with £1.50 charge, are these options not available. Thanks

I’ve been trying to get some basic answers and even a quote from support for over 2 weeks. The first time I wrote all the bugs at the support section (over 3 weeks ago) (there were some bugs during testing with test accounts which were a show stopper for the client). The support person said that was custom work and I should write a FRD (which I did over 2 weeks ago…and still no response (outside of “Your complete set of custom work queries are under discussion with developer and i will be back with complete quote soon.” The support and or communication needs to be really improved.

You are requested to please contact your hosting to enable CURL as well as all necessary WordPress extensions to install plugins remotely.
- curl timeout on your server should be above 10,000 milliseconds to avoid any trouble while working with demo data.

If I upload your demo content, because I like the Multi Restaurant website so much. Can I work off of that demo content, add my restaurants and configuring the setting to my liking from the demo content upload? Or will there be snags and glitches if I do so,

Ok! Thanks for the advice! Questions: 1. What is the recommended logo size for the top header 2. Where can I change the footer menu and contact info to reflect our brand? 3. I sent a quote request for customization. If I can work off the demo that’s great, however, I still might request your assistance cleaning up the site some to remove any excess files that were upload with the demo content (for Mexican, single restaurant, etc. ) to shore up space on the site and optimize site speed. Hello, how can I integrate Orders to Delivery Boy Android App using Foodbakery? Like, once the customer place the order the restaurant owner will accept and assign to delivery boy and delivery boy will get order notification and accept it on his mobile.
So, how can I integrate this one. This theme is only for Customer, Restaurant Owner and Admin, then who will deliver the order?

Good morning, I still have the same problem when we try to make a client with more than 100 dishes open their menu builder, the system stays slow and does not open to be able to add dishes, we have hired an amazon server with full features and exactly the same thing happens that on the other site I would like to pass the ftp and database data to fix the problem since it is not feasible to use the script. Hi there, this looks great but I have one question before I buy. I see you talking about the MAPS function and that you need a google billing account? As far as I know you need a Creditcard for that function?? Something I do not have…. is this true to make it work or can you in ANY way use another map plugin?? Or will you then just get the OOPS! Just to be clear, it’s the policy directly from Google but not something that we control. Google have changed its policies about Google maps and location Autocomplete Feature. You need to create a Google billing account to pay to utilize google maps and Autocomplete features.. - No other map option is given in theme.
- You can later hire any freelancer / developer to achieve what you need.
