Have you read all my previous emails? I asked for some modification and then Farook said he is not able to do so, then we did our own modification and added it to the child theme but when we activated the child theme its not working. Farook has the login information , please check our website and tell us why changes is not working from child theme.
I sent several emails and asked about this and not customize, Do you think is it too much? I even didn’t ask for more customization.

I asked many times regarding integration with Ultimate Membership Pro and you have confirmed that it’s fully compatible and work with your theme.
Although it worked but it creates new login, registration page and also create new dashboard which is so complicated for the users. I asked your customer support about this and they couldn’t merge the login/registration pages and also dashboard.
I am so disappointed with the same answer that you provided me all the time without any help , Therefore I decided to ask our developer team to make all modification internally and we added the codes to the child theme,
We have all the code in child theme but it doesn’t work again. can you help us to solve this issue asap. I almost waste 7 days of my time to send you email and we had to stopped the project without any help from your side.

I noticed looking at your demo data upload video that it does does not upload the images and placement images which you do state in your demo instructions manual online.
After purchase,does the demo data upload contain all images and placement images in the right order and places? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. When you import our dummy data you’ll have a website similar to this: https://demo.madrasthemes.com/vodi/ which has placeholder images instead of actual images. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images.
Actual images take lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.

Hi How are the data of the movies added? For example there are other themes where only the ID imdb or tmdb of a movie is placed and it automatically copies that data.

If you are looking for SVG Logo, By default Wordpress does not allow you to upload SVG files. We should copy the file vodi/templates/global/logo-svg.php into the child theme like vodi-child/templates/global/logo-svg.php. After that we should paste our SVG code into this file. After that please remove your png logos from Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Logo to load the SVG logo from template.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Please note video players are independent of the theme. We have a text area to add iframe embed content or shortcode for player. If you embed player from YouTube you should configure CC from YouTube settings.

Yes but there is a method to change the CC size via the youtube API for the viewers, I’m trying to do that for them because many people don’t know how to change subtitles and make them bigger.

The theme does not integrate with YouTube API. We have only option to add YouTube embed content. If you would like integrate YouTube API you need to achieve this using custom code.

We purchased your theme and we need some advice :
1- We are considering ultimate membership plugin for our subscription feature which is compatible with your theme,however most of the comments and reviews shows that people are not satisfied with the support and they are not responsive. We are looking for plugin to ask users to fill up their card number to join and sign up, we need to give trial period for our users and then issue the monthly bill and automatically charge them every month. Does the ultimate membership has these features? Do you recommend other plugins?
2- We also need to resize the pictures for videos and TV shows same as movie size (Vertically). how can we change the scale from horizontally to vertically? we need all pictures to be vertically on home page.
We have customized “class-vodi.php” edit ‘width’ and ‘height’for following this ‘video_large’ => array( ‘video_medium’ => array( ‘video_thumbnail’ => array( Although we use regenerate thumbnail from wordpress, It shows this message: Skipped Attachment ID ….: Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.
