Presume from this your theme is not relevant for Australian or New Zealand customers. Not a critisicm, but hopefully save others looking for a similar soltion some time. We have an older version of the theme and want to upgrade to version 2.0.9 however we did customisations. If I install the new theme will I be able to migrate the database and wordpress media files from the old site to the new site and will all the property listings be available and working? Hi, I am having some issues with the search since the 2.0 update. Search results take up to 30 – 40 sec to appear. Is there a way for me to temporarily fix the vulnerability that Jet pack keeps reminding me of? I tried to update the theme but it completely breaks my home page layout, none of my homepage carousels work, basically if I upgrade my theme I would need to completely redo my site again (unless you do it for a fee?)
It were fixed almost 1 year ago, make sure you are using minimum Houzez v1.8.4 , if you want to update to Houzez v 2.0.9 and facing problem while update then contact On support forum

1) you only need Elementor free version. 2) we never tested buddypress but there should be no issue. 3) yes you can migrate, we have addon for migration
OK, solved half of my issue, the prior IT guy has transferred over the Envato account to me and I have DL the new version. Let hope I can update them without messing other stuff. I remember seeing somewhere mentioned I have to first deactivate all other plugins first. Can the moderator show me that link again? Also, let see if this post showed “purchased”

Yes, I had the 1.86 version. Scaring the update may kill a deployed site, I try the new version out on a spare domain on the host(so all the dependencies should be the same) I usually use to test things out – the new version installation failed. Then I went back to get the old v1.86, it also does not install either(it installed in the domain before as I used it to configure the Houzez and practice the functions before I finally move it to the deployed domain.
If I cannot resolve the issue, by renewing the support, can your team update my deployed site.
I am a bit scared at this time to try anything on the deployed domain that especially, in this morning, there where error messages from WP pop up whenever I log in the domain with the email linked to this license to edit. The error msg went away by itself in the afternoon without me changing anything. In the morning some of the Houzez Theme options that used to be there disappears. Right now everything is back to normal. This problem hit me at a bad time, firstly the support expires the day after I need it for the very 1st time out of the 6 months, then the site abnormal behaving and even my T-mobile is still down as of now. Sigh

@tcreata when trying to Elementor, there is an error message saying “No Content”. T think this theme does not use the same method in calling up what to display on the screen in the “Contact us” page like other WP pages.

How to get the updated version? I bought the license from the prior IT guy(who purchased it for an unfinished website) so that I can finish up the website using this theme. So I have the purchase code, invoices but my own Envato account would NOT reflect my purchase from them as literally it s the prior IT who bought and resale it to me, so I think the auto-update function of Envato Market would not work. If so how to go about getting the update done manually or automatically?
You have to contact that guy and ask him updated version or you have to buy new license so you can update when you want using Envato auto update plugin
