WPBakery and other plugins need updating. frontend editor is broken and WPBakey support say an upgrade is required.

Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

This is very bad basic support for customers. Basic things like this could be included in the documentation. I should have to pay for support to get basic information. Secondly the WPBakery plugin is several versions out of date, despite having used the ThemeRex updater. Again, i should have to pay extra support to have basic plugins updated which are critical to the function of the site and WordPress updates. I certainly won’t buy from this author again and definitely will advise other to avoid for these reasons.

I remove TRX Addons but how can i install only this single Plugin? When i download Theme and extract zip Folder to access the plugin folder, I can no longer install it via the plugin page.
And if i load TRX Addon Folder via SFTP, the Plugin is not display on Pluginpage in Backend.

Hi, the WP Bakery plugin isn’t updated with the Theme update. I updated the Theme to 1.3.12, and after that on Tab “Install Plugins”, there is a new version available for WPBakery (8.6.)
But when i update this plugin, i get the following message:
"To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?"
How i can update WPBakery?

In some places the Rosewood branding is showing. How can I replace Rosewood with my custom brand in these situations?
1. When receiving an email from the Contact form – “This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Rosewood – Private Farm” at footer of email.
2. When submitting a form to reset account password – “Rosewood – Private Farm <info@themerex.net>” is showing in the Sender address.

Just checking on when the next theme update will be? The theme needs the following plugins updated:
ThemeREX Updater You have version 1.5.3 installed. Update to 1.8.0. WPBakery Page Builder You have version 6.4.2 installed. Update to 6.6.0. Essential Grid You have version 3.0.10 installed. Update to 3.0.11. Slider Revolution You have version 6.3.3 installed. Update to 6.4.11.
Additionally, the theme does not appear to be compatible with PHP v7.3+ (now that PHP v7.2 is deprecated)

Any difficulties with the demo data import are usually connected with the server configurations. They should meet the theme requirements – http://rosewood.ancorathemes.com/doc/#getting_started_theme_requirements
In case “Demo Data” installation is stuck, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip – demo.zip archive from our server. Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/rosewood directory. In case the issue persists, please contact your hosting provider to make sure that your server configuration meets the Theme Requirements. Hello. I’ve just updated the themes and the plugins but the editor doesn’t work anymore. The backend editor doesn’t load at all. The page just load the classic editor. The frontend editor shows this error message: Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in /web/htdocs/www.durin.it/home/wp-content/plugins/trx_addons/components/widgets/slider/slider.php on line 798 and doesn’t load anything more.

when you click on the pencil to edit a section the popup editor in empty.
also, how do you update the editor to the latest version. is a key provided in purchased theme to do so?

I have an issue with your theme, I installed Custom Post Type UI and I created a Custom Post Type named “Mis Noticias” because my client want that to differentiate from normal Posts. So, when I try to call that post type into the loop with for example: Classic 1 layout, didn’t appear “Mis Noticias” only appear: Post, Services, Products. There is a way to do that? or if you could add that post type, please?
