Hello, I have three issues after installing the theme.
The first occurs after installing the “profund core” plugin: the profund-admin.css file is not found (and does not exist in the plugin).
The second error is a jquery error: jQuery (...). Ready (...) is not a function at profund-admin.js.
And finally the download of the demo failed. (can this be related to the first two errors?)

I had a look at theses errors and found 2 bugs (not related to theme or plugin installation) :
1 – In “profundcore” you add a stylesheet “profund-admin.css” (init.php line 101). This file is not present in the plugin’s archive and causes an error.
2 – The code of “profund-admin.js” in “profundcore” plugin contains an error (JQuery is called in a wrong way), here is the correct code : https://pastebin.com/fKuEHJXZ
The second error breaks some functionalities of the admin panel (like demo import). After applying the fix, everything works fine.
Can you please fix these issues and post an update for the theme ?

hello again. I need to confirm these last things before I purchase. 1. Can the donation option be deactivated?
2. While the donation option is deactivated can the showing of percentages be maintained.
Actually I need the theme to showcase projects of youths who need support, especially thier project without taking any funds.

Quomodo Team is extremely slow to respond even with major issues in the coding of this, 1 month and counting. Menus on mobile DO NOT work. Buyer Beware
Reached out to support 1 month ago because primary navigation menu doesn’t work on mobile and issue still hasn’t been fixed (even though they acknowledge that this is a coding issue on their side). There are other bugs in the theme which others have noted in here as well. Still no sign of resolutions even with many emails being sent to Support.
After the email conversation today. I hope your confusion and support is done. Dont hesitate to ask for any further assistance.
This was never resolved. Even in the video which you guys have sent it shows that it still doesn’t work.
Tried reaching out to support but there are some bugs that need looked at. (If anyone else knows how I can fix these manually please chime in)!
1. The GiveWP multi-step donation form isn’t working.
2. Where do you go to add text describing a cause? I’m using version 6 which doesn’t have that feature but version 1 does…

4. First name and email address on the donation form don’t have styled boxes, which doesn’t look great.
5. When you go to change the title of one of the widgets in the footer, the entire column slides to the far left column and overlaps with it so it’s impossible to edit.
Hope to get resolution to some of these.

All he things can be done. But not sure about LMS. As we didn’t make it for LMS nor use it. You need to install and do some fixing on it to use LMS.
I am not sure what fixing means. I am not a developer and cannot css to fix something. Can you let me know ballpark charge for you to modify LMS to work after I purchase the plugin. Thank you for such a quick response.

Hi team – is there an option to have the header fixed/sticky on mobile? So when mobile user scrolls down, the header with logo/menu/donate button is shown at the top of the screen at all times?

You have to download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and Have to Upload it in your server have to update it. You have to update the plugins as well.
about Eleementor this is the Free version and we have custom plugins and widgets for it.

On each update of the theme and functions we send notification to the customers/buyers you just need to download the new package and update it.

Hello Author, As you told earlier that if the PayU money support wordpress then It should work on theme as well. I Installed PayU money but it only supporting in WooCommerce payment gateway not in Donation . Please help me on that , its urgent . Hope I will get positive feedback from your end.

Thank You for contacting us. We (Bangladesh & Some Part of India ) hit by Cyclone Amphan and barely get the opportunity to work on. I clearly remember I have told you “We didn’t try pay u money on our theme. If it’s a WordPress plugin then it should work on our theme.” PayU worked with Woocommerce that means it compatible and its API is working fine with Woocommerce. For the Donation from, you need to use their API and do some custom work on it to work properly. There are lots of Plugin out there and we have to do custom work to make it work with the theme.
Still I would love to see if there is any scope, where we can help you to overcome the issue.
