We’ve encountered some security threats on the landing page and our team is working on this; the theme file is fully secured.
The Filix core plugin (1.2.10) is not compatible with the latest version of elementor and is causing errors (Hook elementor/widgets/widgets_registered is deprecated since version 3.5.0!) I deactivated all plugins and when I re-activate the filix core plugin, I get that error. Please fix

The issue already has been resolved and replaced the new file on the server. Please go to the WP Dashboard> Plugins, delete the Filix Core plugin, and re-install it from WP Dashboard> Appearance> Install Plugins.
Can we add more social icons like Devian Art, Tumblr, etc?

Hello, i have an issue with the portfolio items. i cannot edit the image related to portfolio items or category. I cannot make a ticket on your support website because the envato elements code where i downloaded the theme says: That purchase code doesn’t seem to be in a valid format.

You are not entitled to get support when you download an item from Envato Elements (and also purchased code from there will not work in any of the Envato Markets, like ThemeForest).
If you want to avail support please purchase the item, you will get 6 months support included.

I understand. You are saying that you are selling something faulty and with your support those issues will be fixed. It means that is not a good product from the start and needs intervention. Ok. I will buy it for sure and i will recommend everybody to do it to save money and time. :)))
You cannot edit one thing does mean our product is faulty. Very often customers do not find options that are there. If you don’t understand the policies of marketplaces it’s your matter, not us. Also you should not expect support when you are paying so small amounts like Envato Elements.

Good afternoon. Quick queston, how can I adjust the portfolio post to show full width in “read more” on mobile? Also is there a lightbox or similar feature to add when you click on the images in the portfolio in “read more”?
I figured out the lightbox setting in the portfolio details. But I would still like to see the image full width after pressing “explore” / “read more” on mobile. Or is there a way to connect this “read more” button straight to the lightbox view?
Those features are not currently available in the theme. But you can do them by custom coding.

Okay, the lightbox thing is not supported. But could you be so kind to help me fix the full width issue? When I open your demo theme on my phone the post shows properly. But on my own website, I just edited the demo post with my own images but they are being squished together to fit the phone instead of resizing the height. I’ve probably messed something up. Kindly asking for help.

Hello! I’m just curious what’s wrong with the “Read More” button in the portfolio front page? I saw this template on another website which is why I bought it. Everything looks fine except the “Read more” or “explore” as you called it, the sexy animation is hidden by a big fat overlay of solid accent color.
How come? Would appreciate some help.

Supporting multiple languages does not necessarily mean it support RTL languages, too. Our theme currently supports multiple languages except RTL languages. We might add compatibility to RTL languages, too, in future.
I bought the theme yesterday and while working on it there is some bugs: 1. if you replace the logo text with an image – the image is appearing twice 2. on mac – for the portfolio listing – when you hover on the item in the list on the homepage, the title of the portfolio disappear.

The current version of the theme does NOT work as advertised…disappointing to say the least. There are entire sections that aren’t capable of being edited in elementor, so if you don’t know how to read/edit pure code via an IDE/FTP this theme isn’t for you (at this time) – also doesn’t work on the current WP releases (5.2+) so keep that in mind before buying it.
Having compared the previous theme file with the current one it is simple to see that there are entire chunks of code either missing or poorly put together. The author may consider this to be clean code but it’s certainly not up to professional standards, which is the entire premise behind this theme.

I’ve reached out to the theme author directly through their website – and no response yet. Now it’s off to Envato market support as well. I’m just hoping that either Envato or Droitthemes can send me an older version of the theme so I can actually get started with an at least half-working theme, which I can manually (read: painstakingly) edit – or I will have no choice but to request a refund. I’ve purchased the WP theme thinking it would make my life easier, but sadly this has not been so. I really do like the theme, and have both the HTML5 and WP versions.
Potential customers should be wary of this discrepancy – the WP version is extremely difficult to get started with (and the demo import doesn’t even work as intended, unless you’re running multi-site or manually change your wp-config file via FTP, and keep the askimet/hellodolly plugins)
On a final (side)-note, the documentation for this theme is very poor quality – and has entire sections missing on the official website. Not sure how this can be considered a well-documented theme in Envato’s eyes. (See here, or the relevant URL for the so-called documentation https://docs.droitthemes.com/docs/filix-wordpress-theme/tips-guides-troubleshoots/theme-update-error/)
If the author reaches out to me I’ll edit this post or send an update – until then I wouldn’t purchase this if you want a theme that works as advertised!

Thank you for your insanely quick response – this makes me feel much better about DroitThemes as a whole. I hope you’ll look into my support ticket PRIVATE TICKET #2265392
A few updates to share with the community:
1) I retract my statement above – the WP theme is insanely easier to deal with than the HTML5 template of Filix. Admittedly, WP interface takes some getting used to but after the setup it should be smooth sailing. This is one of the best portfolio themes out there right now, and with top-tier support as I’ve received you will thank yourself for choosing this theme. See my second point for more information.
2) In case anyone else is pulling their hair out as I’ve done – in order to update the capabilities/portfolio sections it’s simply found in your website’s admin dashboard on the side panel. Under “service” and “portfolio” respectively. It seems that I was at fault here – I hadn’t expected it to be THAT easy…not sure if there’s much else to say about that, other than I was wrong! I’m used to programming directly in page but these sections are defined by the back-end panels in WP rather than front-end (I assume for quicker/better SEO!)
Looking forward to updates as they come – I wholly appreciate what you do, for the benefit of us all!
