Hi. I recently purchased this theme and it’s worked magnificently except for one thing. The tracklist on the albums used to show, but since the last WordPress update the tracklist does not show at all. I have added audio tracks, a title, and even an image and it will not show on the live page. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Great theme. However, when I go to upload a mix, it only allows a max of 1mb and I need the option to upload at least 50mbs per mix.
Also, I notice that these only allow upload by tracks and I am only using this theme to upload one mix per album, not separate tracks per album. Is any of this possible? If so, how?

If that is the case, then i will need a refund for this theme please. Though this theme is nice, it is no good to me if i cannot upload single full mixes (not tracks) that are each at least 50mb+ per mix.

My first problem is ’’Event’s List’’, they all show one date ( 1’st Jan) they don’t show the date i chose fdor each event. Second problem is a lot of space between header & content in Blog page & Shop Page from mobile.

Pre-purchase question.
For the design of the website – do I need to pic between one of the examples shown at the very top of the site preview and stick to that layout or can one website have all of the layouts displayed? Example: I want my website to open up to the layout page you title: “Fullscreen showcase”. Then from there I want the website to take you directly to the layout you title ” New releases” but in that same layout I want the MP3 player.
Is this possible? Not sure If I am making sense.

This is really not a user friendly template if you are not a expert in WordPress. I AM STRUGGLING SO HARD to get anything changed or done. I feel this was a bad investment. I can’t build a page buy putting together elements of the templates showcased. I can’t afford another template as this USD to my currency is already 19.0+ to 1 NAD doller. So I am so screwed.

Can I direct where the home page subscribe function goes? A previous theme I have used doesn’t allow the home page subscriptions to connect to mail chimp. So, anyone subscription is just sent to an email but doesn’t populate mail chimp list.

Our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we are releasing them one by one.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.
We hope that the update will be available soon.
Regarding the WooCommerce last version, the theme should work fine with it, and note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality.

Hello, I have a problem with the Noizzy theme, the audio of the player does not sound when you click on the play button. Hello – My current website uses the Mixtape theme which I believe your company created. I’m interested in purchasing the Noizzy theme but when I install it will it recognize the different types of blog posts (YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.) on my existing blog posts or will I have to manually fix each one them?
Also I have a custom music chart plugin that an independent company created to work with the Mixtape theme. If I run into compatibility issues will the support team be able to help fix it? Please note that every theme developed by our side comes with some specific features/options, so some features from the Mixtape theme most likely won’t be working with some other theme.
Both themes come with a similar framework, but some Theme Options and features may be pretty different, so we cannot guarantee that all features from the Mixtype theme will be working on the Noizzy theme.
Regarding some 3rd party or custom plugins, it’s the same thing. We have not tested it, so we can guarantee compatibility with this theme.

Usually you would create a logo in PNG or JPEG format for your business, event, portfolio or whatever the site is about. However, of course you would be able to modify logo.php file and insert a plain text instead of required logo image. This would, of course, be hard-coded inside a template file.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.
This way, you’d be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.
Additionally, if you want to manually translate some strings and go more into details, you can use some translation software like Poedit.
Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this expample: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.
