I have a little problem with activating or connecting my Instagram account. When I click on the Connect with Instagram button the following message comes up: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field (s): basic”}

I would like to have a transparent header, all settings have the value 0 but nothing works, the header remains white, the header with the Woocomerce shopping cart is also missing on the start page. Would like to have the same header on all pages with the shopping cart. Hope you can give me detailed instructions for the transparent header. even the function ’’Always put content behind header’’ does not work either, header remains white. Need to buy this theme asap however I have 2 concerns – it is not compatible with latest wordpress and woo commerce and 2nd – on single product page, the product image does not auto zoom when cursor is placed over it. Please revert immediately so that I can then buy this.

Krafti is compatible with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions. It is important to note that auto zoom for single products is not included because images are using lightbox functionality.

So it is compatible with wordpress 5.4.2 and woo commerce 4.2.0? I believe we can remove lightbox and use autozoom? Also, it is possible to add more than one images for a single product right so that when the user clicks on alternate image, it appears on the product image placeholder?

Yes, all our themes are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. When it comes to removing lightbox it is integrated part of our theme and can be removed only if you disable or rewrite specific script in charge of this. If you’re swift with web development perhaps you can achieve this. It is important to note that we are not in a position to help you with this, since custom coding goes outside the support scope we can provide, sorry about that.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested our themes with the Shopify platform, so we cannot guaranty compatibility.
We use the WooCommerce plugin for the shop functionality within our theme.
There are, however, some ways of integrating Shopify with WordPress – through some 3rd party plugins, you can read more about it on Shopify.

I’m viewing demo layout. I see problem in area config number product in cart page (click arrow down > number product increase, click arrow up > number product discrease) => It is reversed logic. Can you check and fix this problem?

This is just a minor CSS issue, we solved this immediately. Now it should be displaying fine, sorry about that. When you change quantity for products on Cart page, you need to click update cart button in order for changes to apply. Cart will auto-update only if you remove cart from the “X” sign.
