Hi there from India, I am in the process of building a crowd fundraising website and I am very interested in purchasing your theme. My only doubt is with the ‘Payment Gateway’. I plan on using Razorpay (https://razorpay.com/) for our ‘Donate pay’ option. Is your theme compatible with this payment gateway? Look forward to your reply

Thanks for your interest in our product, Lifeline2 does not support RazorPay at this time but we can make it compatible with it in three working days. This will cost you only $150 extra and the license will be for lifetime. Our price is the cheapest in the market and we ensure premium quality work. Another plugin is charging $175 per year for offering support for RazorPay but our theme is not compatible with that plugin which is GiveWP. We will make our theme compatible with RazorPay and deliver in three working days.

Hello again, I have instead decided to use Stripe since it is already fully compatible with LifeLine2. We are a small fundraising initiative so we believe starting with your theme will be a perfect start for us to raise funds for our communities from all around. I have some queries, just to confirm my boss’s doubts too. Please do answer. 1.) Will I be able to easily integrate Stripe gateway through your plugin? 2.) and also will I be able to give separate donation button for each and every campaign? since we plan on having many separate campaigns at the same time to raise funds (ex: 6 campaign fundraising projects running simultaneously with their own donation button) 3.) does the theme let me provide a registration set-up something like Kickstarter or Patreon for individuals to register on their own and set-up a crowdfunding campaign. 1- Stripe is fully functional with Credit Card, SEPA, IDeal and Bancontact options. If you purchase Lifeline2 then you can get Stripe gateway on 50% discount.
2- Using Lifeline2, you are able to show separate donation button for each campaign and project.
3- Yes, Users can register on a website running with Lifeline2, However I have no idea about Kiskstarter or Patreon. Can you describe it so we can tell you that we can integrate it in the theme for you.

Thank you for your response. And about my third question, I meant if will I be able to give my website visitors the option to create their own crowdfunding campaign on the website. Will I be able to give them that functionality?
And also allow other users to sign in via facebook if they want to while doing their donation, have comment boxes under campaign for them leave their comment. And also give individuals the option to create an account and let them create a campaign and set options for receiving donations and mention in return what they will be giving in return (rewards, gifts etc). And the website admin should have the access to approve campaigns.

We have given warning to not update from Version 4 to version 5 because this new version has got a lots of new updated scripts like Bootstrap 4 and the old version was using Bootstrap 3. For this reason the site may break. If you have backup than please revert the settings. I see no reason to renew support. I bought a theme that should be good, and I have had problems with spam on forms from the very beginning, disaster.. You have to solve my problem because I gave money for this topic which has a bug in it. I don’t think that’s right and for that reason I don’t think I should pay for extra support but you should solve this problem seriously…
Ok let me explain. Please go to Theme Options and you will find the option to enter the recaptcha settings to stop this spam. We already have given this option in all the version above 4.0. Hi – I have a license for your Lifeline theme but my support has expired. I have installed Ninja Forms and there’s an issue getting it to work. I have determined that it has something to do with the theme (disable all plugins and error still exists. Disable the theme and problem goes away). The form won’t display and and the CSS for the backend editor isn’t working either (see attached).
If I renew support, can you assist with getting Ninja Forms working on the website?

Is it safe to update from version 4.03 to version 5?

thanks for asking us for help, we don’t recommend it. Actually Version 5 is faster, reliable and built with Bootstrap 4 which will disturb the look of you website. You will have to do shortcodes placement again and do other changes as well. We have written a detailed answer of it in the comment of “sETu307” which is displayed above. The only message i saw in the ticket was on the contact form, you didnt state you worked on the paypal external link and its still not working, i want the causes donation buttons to also link to the paypal external link, its still shows/loads the themes default payment form, please can it be fixed

We launched Lifeline2 in 2016, it was developed in Bootstrap 3 and PHP 5.3. We got success and moved on to improve it and remove its bugs. After countless versions, we introduced Version 4 but soon after launching this version we started feeling that we can’t improve it further.
It was nearly impossible to introduce new Demos, It became difficult to improve the design because the design was very old. For this reason, we decided to introduce a new version that has all the new things, new backend structure, new demos, new bootstrap, new shortcodes for WPBakery page builder, new Donation plugin which is faster and secure. We have worked very hard and very long to introduce the new version. It took almost 6 months to provide this new version 5. But it is all done for the benefit of the clients. My site is experiencing issues after updating to Lifeline2 Theme Version 5
I am experiencing an issue with the Lifeline 2 Plugin which is giving the following error:

Error Details
An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 49 of the file /home2/qlytixgr/public_html/zeyf/wp-content/plugins/lifeline2-plugin/config/wpbakery-mapping/lifeline2_clients.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’
This is causing my site to crash when installed and if I deactivate the plugin the site simply won’t work.

There may be following reasons behind it.
The latest version of the theme need Php 7.2 minimum. You may be running older version of Php.
Either you may be using older plugins or older version of Wordpress.
