I do not have any access to anything called Theme Footer. I only have a style sheet with around 20 lines.

I know we had a conversation before about how the maps footer does not support HTML. But you told me at that time that the footer-footer does. I went to update Terms & Conditions and other legal required links to our footer and it doesn’t in fact support any HTML. It just all shows as code. How do I get these legally required documents to show up next to my Copyright as clickable links?
Hi there, navigate from WP Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > Theme Footer.
Inside the small tags on lines 50 and 55 add your links, you can replace the content with your own, and you can add whatever you like.

How do i change logo on other pages than home page. Changing from white to black logo. I couldnt find any option. White logo on homepage is not visible on other pages.

you can have two logos, the header is the same for all pages including the logo inside, but only on the home page its background is transparent.
You can achieve that two logos effect with css customization. Target the home page header class and replace the logo img { content: ‘/path/to/white/logo’ } tag.

please read the help file that comes with the theme. There is a detailed instructions how to import the demos.
If you want to import the demos from v1: they are imported as pages – after that you need to set home/front page to Kenburn OP.
To import the slider used in that demo – that is done via Slider Revolution plugin, all sliders are included in the download folder (see help file), find the Kenburn slider and import it.
That’s it.

You want to add a button somewhere on the page, that when clicked, will scroll down to your contact form?
Make sure the the button (a) href contains the id of the form with # before it.
For example add wrapper to CF7 form: <div id="my-cf">...</div>, then in your button add this url: #my-cf
That should work.

Where can i edit the html or php code? Cant find that, to add option a href to my id #sample..?
You need the Contact Form 7 plugin installed, there you can edit the markup of the form. There should be forms imported with the demo, see how they are created.
I have a working contact form, but i need to add to my button link to this from witch is with id #kontak

Ok got that working, now what about google map, i did as in instructions and used the contact from 7 from demo, entered api key, enable it in google and java enable, but still doesnt show it in page? Double checked the manual, i got same data as there.
You need to have google maps account with billing enabled. Please read the help file, the support is for thing that are broken and not working correctly, I love to help but I can’t guide you for every change that you need to make – you need basic knowedge of the WordPress eco system and in your case is best to hire some developers to help you.

Hello, it is the “Single Image Slide” from the the WPBakery Page Builder. Than you.
I see, the image looks small because, it’s responsive – it keeps the original aspect ratio of the image on any screen size.
The image in question is probably wide and not very tall that’s way it looks so small.
This is not really a problem, the image is wide and small in height that’s way it looks small on small screens, try using taller image.

you might have incorrect permissions set to your YouTube channel or YT video. This is not a theme problem as you can see from this demo – one of the portfolio items is a YT video and is working fine.

Found it, its the way the Link is written. You cannot use the share Link from youtube. I don’t know why, but this solved it for me.

Hi there, you can do that from the theme options. That is not image is the logo – you should replace it with your own.
The theme comes with a help file that explains everything in detail, please read the help file.

Is there a way to make the contact fields clickable? Whenever I try to add HTML to the email address or phone number, it seems to break the footer/contact fields.

the contact fields are clickable – when you click they let you enter text.
If you mean to make a link with email address or phone to open email app or dial number, you need to add mailto: or tel: to the link, example bellow:

Ya. I’ve tried that. I just tried again. When I do that and then save it, it completely erases from the footer.
The text widget does that sometimes – if you have spaces, new lines or open html tags, it can get little buggy. I usually write the markup in a code editor without spaces and newlines (that can underline errors), then paste it in the text widget, save it and exit. – then it works.
Even when I type it in by hand, manually, not copy paste and no additional spaces… it erases.
The text widget is the default one from WP, it does that some times. If you want share your admin details (via the contact form on my profile page) and I will look into it, tomorrow – write exactly what you need to be inside and where on the website.

Hi there,
if you mean the top menu (small in height) the shows above main menu – that menu does not show on mobile because is small and is meant for desktop only. If would have shown, it would have obstructed the hero content too much.
If you are talking about the regular main menu, that after certain breakpoint collapses into mobile menu.
Also, you can add additional info into the mobile menu footer section.

I do have troubles with the new portfolio section. if I want to edit the Portfolio Page and include the new portfolio(-mansionary) I’m getting a fatal error when I press update and the page aktiv4u.de/en/portfolio does not load anymore.

If i remove every post under the portfolio item section, I can edit the /portfolio page without any errors and it loads. Just without any content as there are no portfolio item/pictures that are available: aktiv4u.de/portfolio
When I set up a new portfolio Item, I’m setting up the featured image like shown in your manual under Creating Portfolio Item, but I’m missing the step 2 settings on my page (Regular Link, Lightbox, Lightbox Video) maybe thats already the problem. But why are those settings missing here?

Hi. I’m trying to hide the Google Maps Show Info button. When I go to edit it, there are options to change the text, but no options to hide it. I don’t want to change the contact layout per se. I just don’t want to use the maps portion.
Hi there, there is no option to hide it because you can’t get to the google map if you hide the button.
You can hide it with CSS like this:
.contact-1 .contact-wrapper .contact-info-wrapper address .show-map-link {
display: none;
}
This should be added at the end of style.scss or better yet in a child theme so you don’t lose this changes when you update the theme.

Hi, I have 2 questions. 1. When I create a new page the Title portion is in grey. Can I hide this Title portion or change the colour?
2. Some rows from the template are grey in color however when i apply this template on a new page, the grey row does not cover the whole width of page. I checked to make sure the row width is the max and it is. Please help thank you.

when you create a new page change the template from “Default” to “Visual Composer” that will solve both your problems.

you should use the Visual Composer template when you create a page. The theme is meant to be used with WP Bakery Page Build (old Visual Composer). From the page builder, you have an element – Page Title, there you can make it to show in a grid or a full width, also it have options to position the text.
