Hi, it is not possible in J3 unfortunately, not with the Classic or Mega header, the Compact and Slim have the logo and search area sticky.

Hi Team. Love this theme and it’s exactly what i was hoping it would be. Everything is working perfectly except PayPal.
I’m using OC 3.0.3.3 and latest version of the template, but the PayPal eCommerce Platform is refusing to work properly. If i try it on a demo site with no template, it works fine.
I am running with Card Advance enabled, and when i enter card details, hit ‘pay with card’ nothing happens. It just clears the card details and doesn’t process the order.
Hitting ‘Confirm Order’ just shows a spinning icon on the button, but nothing happens.
Any suggestions on what i can try to get this working?

Hi, we’ll provide a compatibility fix for Paypal in our next update, until then, please file a ticket on our support page if you need assistance.
Paypal stopped working after Opencart 3.0.3.1, but in our next update we hope Paypal will work again with the Journal one page checkout and the latest Opencart version.

Hi, we have a website https://www.tikbd.com based on opencart 3, journal 3 theme. The theme was implemented by a third party and we do not have the downloaded files. Recently, we tried to fix a problem regarding facebook messenger. Unfortunately, while doing so, the websites’ object placements are ruined. We have decided to purchase your theme. After we puchase, will your team be able to fix our website by implementing same look and keeping existing data of images and product list? If so, do we have to pay extra ammount and how do we pay that?

Hi, you can set up any modules on any page, you have full control over any layout and all modules are available in the admin, you just have to create one and add it to a layout.

All demos are built from the same admin panel so essentially they are all part of the same theme.

Hi, you can add custom modules (like a Blocks module with an FAQ) to custom layouts but following this guide, you’d have to create one custom layout for each category, then a custom blocks module with different faqs for each layout: https://docs.journal-theme.com/docs/layouts/custom-layouts

Hi, yes you can do that form Journal > Product Extras > Product Tabs, access each tab and change the position to Main Image.

I tried to export the Journal Theme Demo 3 template by going through the instructions. I was able to get the sql file and import it, however it seems like the static assets are not loading – they show as square boxes. I had the SYSTEM off when exporting and on the website settings I also have under settings the Static Assets Url turned to off. Is there anything else I need to do? Can someone help please? I’m using Journal v3.0.46 and OpenCart v3.0.3.3. Thanks

I have oc3 with journal3 and I Just had the search console mark most of my urls as poor urls with the following reason: “CLS issue: more than 0.25 (mobile)” :cry: After researching online i found out that this is more likely due to table or layout shifting or fonts loading when the page loads.
