1. You can for sure change the fonts, you do have an option to choose from a variety of google fonts that are included within our theme settings, as well as you do have an option to use a custom font.
2. Unfortunately we do not have any testing environment, but you can check our themes documentations so you can get a better grip on how the theme functions and what possibilities you do have with it.
3. Once you import the demo content you will get access to all the pages and settings you can see on our website which you for sure can customize to your needs.

When I look at the elements here: https://allston.qodeinteractive.com/, I do not see any elements which allow this https://allston.qodeinteractive.com/interactive-project/ or this https://allston.qodeinteractive.com/interactive-showcase/ to be incorporated into the site.
I am ready to buy BUT need to understand what is actually possible and I don’t find that information in the theme page or details.

These are our shortcodes that are made for Fullscreen, so Fullscreen portfolio Grid and Portfolio Fullscreen slider, you could add them to your content however you should calculate a bit more space between any other item as these shortcodes once added in combination with other elements do expand a bit in height.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello. I have a couple of question about this themes blog posts before purchase. Do they accept video from YouTube and/or Vimeo? Do they accept audio from Buzzsprout, libsyn or podbean?

Audio-type blog posts accept self-hosted videos only. But you can always embed YT, Vimeo or any other iframe from external site into the blog post content.

I have purchased Allston theme, which by the way is really beautifully design. I just have a question regarding it, before I purchased the theme I saw that there are several option for the website to look like . Then I purchased it and imported demo via zip files to Wordpress and install it (this took me few days as I always experience error). Despite this I cannot access variety of Allston demo/layout, it gave me an option for 1 layout only. I wanted to try and see which one I think will be best for my business as I am building e-commerce website. Can you please let me know how can I access different Allston layouts/demo like in preview and if possible guide me where should I look for it please?

Once you import the demo content you do get access to all our themes pages and settings, so all of the pages are included and you can view and edit them to your needs.
If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file

Hello Elated-Temes,
I have purchased this theme and I am very pleased with it, however upon trying to optimize one of my website’s page for SEO, I have discovered that I cannot change the Font type on several theme Elements.
This ends up being a huge problem for SEO because several Elements seem to have their Title labeled as a H1 and I have no option to change them.
As you know, each page should only consist of one H1 Title, but since I cannot change the Font type on these Elements, the page can never be fully optimized for SEO.
Some of these Elements are:
Interactive Box Item = The title is set as H1 and cannot be changed. Conveyor Carousel = The title is set as H1 and cannot be changed.
Currently I am not finding any alternatives because it seems that these Elements are set to always use the H1 Font Type. This was something that was established in code while creating the Element for the theme. These specific Elements themselves don’t have any Font-related field that allow the user to customize them inside the backoffice, nor inside the Theme options.
Can you please provide me with a work-around or fix as to how I can change the Font Type for these Elements without having to make changes in the .php file?

Thank you so much for the quick reply, however the elements I gave as example are not default WPBakery shortcodes.
The elements:
“Image Interactive Box”
“Image Interactive Box item”
“Conveyor Carousel”
...Are all custom elements developed by your team.
When inside the backoffice, all of these are under the “By Allston” tab and the theme showcases them as custom elements in the following pages:

As you can also see, the titles here in the demo are defined as H1, and as I said, cannot be changed through any option inside the element or the theme.
Can you please verify this and get back to me with a work-around as how I can change the Font type for them without having to make changes in the .php files?

If you send a ticket to our helpcenter , our agents can provide you with paths to template files where you can edit title tags for the shortcodes you listed here.
Unfortunately, there are no options available for changing font types through theme options, and the only way to do that is to edit template files.

Portfolio items can be customized for sure. Within our theme you will get vaios portfolio templates which comes with an alread predefined layout. However you also have the option to build your own Portfolio

Regarding Parallax Showcase demo.
On mobile or when you shorten your desktop screen to a mobile size. I have an issue with the first image on the homepage where you can scroll and see all the big images. It behaves strange, its the first image right below the menu, it shows up much smaller then the rest of the images that follow below. When you scroll back up, the sticky menu appears and that same image is in his correct size but then when you get all the way up it jumps right back to its smaller size.
It is also in your demo so I guess you haven’t seen it yet. Is there a fix for this?
I am browsing with Google Chrome here and on a Android mobile Xperia 5.

I’m kind of disappointed with the settings options. There are so much bugs between the Allston Options and the page setting options. I thought it would be easier…and your support item logging system doesn’t works, at least for me.

I am not able to import the demo content from last 4-5 hours. Tried so many times but still its not done 100% yet. Also taking too much time to process the import.
I tried to change the my server’s PHP Version, erased all the data and installed fresh theme again. But none of the solutions works.

Help with WP Bakery Builder.
After upgrading wordpress to the latest version, the WP Bakery Builder no longer works. Pages are now rendering as a text block, and the WP Bakery Builder is blank (ie i would have to start building the page from scratch.).
I just uninstalled the original 1.0 version of the Allston theme and installed the latest 1.1.3 version. No change.
I have gone through the theme’s comments section and done everything suggested. I bought this product last November and no longer have support.

The Interactive Showcase can be set to an unlimited number of projects, however it is set so that the page height is divided by the number of projects that need to be displayed. So in order to preserve the boxes that you see when there are only 9 projects, you can use simple CSS code to alter the height of the segments and the position of the background image.
