Thank you for your answer. I have checked the document you sent. However, those settings are not available in this theme. So there is no way to change the logo height in this theme. This is a must aI guess. Please add it to your todo list for the next update. Additionally, I try to use custom JS to this task. Here is the code:

This works on Chrome console when I execute it. I added this code to Custom JS part of the theme. But unfortunately, it does not work. I am not sure if the theme adds custom JS to the loaded contents. Because I also tried with a console.log. May be I am missing something. I opened a ticket and wait support again.

Please simply upload the logo in double the size from how it will appear on your live website. E.g. in case the logo size on your website would be 100×100px, just upload the logo with the size of 200×200px. I bought this theme to quickly jump to one of the ready templates and tune it. However, I think it is a little bit difficult. Although I satisfied all server requirements and tried to disable other plugins, it does not download the demo content as many complained. Please do not reply me with the forum thread and documentations because I have tried all the things written on those articles. I have also opened a ticket and gave WP admin access, I am waiting for support to solve it. Hopefully, the support will help me. I will write the result here. Otherwise, I would want a refund unfortunately.

Thank you very much. An agent told me to backup my work befor it starts to work and I did and replied. I thinks it is nice for him/her to say that. I am waiting him/her to take action now. Thanks. I will write here all the details for the ones who considers buying this theme and wonders about the support.
Additionally, I discovered the error. Although the server requirements are okey, when downloading demo content, the software give a “database connection” error. I did not understand why it gives such an error because all the other db operations of the theme works quite nice. I was able to save settings and custom content. Anyways, I am waiting for the professional support.

Hi there, I’m having minor buggy issues on my Mixtape theme www.creative.jonathanrosen.com Issues: 1 . On Safari parallax scrolling is not smooth anymore as it’s very jumpy 2. On Chrome – all the icons like play button have been replaced with “I’s”. I have a feeling this is b/c my MixTape theme is still set to V 1.1. I’m not sure why it didn’t update to the latest version 1.9 from last December, nor is it giving me the ability to update manually in WP. An Ideas? Thanks

Hello – Is there going to be an update coming soon? The Slider Revolution doesn’t work correctly and the developer (ThemePunch) said that the new update will fix the issues. They also said if saved changes are made using any older version it can wipe out data. Please keep me posted if you plan to provide an update that includes Slider Revolution 6.2.18. Thank you.

I did, and you guys (Kristijan Eric) did nothing to help even when I provided the login. Very disappointed, nothing is working how it supposes to.
It’s not animated when you mouse over the navigation for some reason, and all other albums on the site have their songs and work fine, why not the one on the home page (band home). Also, all the videos on (band home) when clicked just make your screen gray, and nothing happens. I’ve loaded the site on 3 different devices and browsers…and your support replies that everything is fine when its clearly not.

Your staff member literally told me there is tons of bugs and issues with the theme causing it to not work and your team did nothing to fix any of them. I paid $70 for this theme, and im suppose to be using it for a web design project for a client, and I CANT because YOUR TEAM IS NOT FIXING ANY OF THE BUGS.
just please, fix what’s wrong, it’s not too much for a customer to ask for the product they paid for to be fixed. The theme looks really really cool, and would make a great project. Just want it to function hows its displayed.

I did the ticketing system and am in contact with someone via email. They explained I’d need the authors assistance “If there will be migration since there will be deactivation and activation at the same time, it is best to get the author’s assistance, They should also be able to advise of the whole process.” And that the author may be willing to offer a more direct communication via email or phone.

Hello – I have another question. I just updated the theme to 1.8. I’m seeing in the mixtape dashboard many of the PHP values are currently insufficient for the theme. Do I change these values in the php.ini file? I tried doing so with the values recommended but the dashboard is showing the lesser values.
PHP Post Max Size 32M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.

Hello – Some users are having issues accessing the site when they click a hyperlink from Gmail or Instagram. It says the site cannot be reached. I’m finding that the issue is mostly with Safari users. GoDaddy says that the issue is on the users end. They need to clear their browser cache.
