Hello there. I installed the THEME and when all was done, I got this MSG on top: “Hi! Please activate your copy of the Essential Grid to receive live updates, premium support and the template library.”. Does that mean I wont get LIVE updates when this plugin is updated by the developer?

The theme package contains a number of bundled plug-ins.
If a new version of a bundled plug-in is available, it will be included in the next theme release. You can also request it by submitting a support ticket at https://themerex.net/support/
Bundled plug-ins are fully functional without the activation using a registration license key. In case you are willing to receive automatic updates and support from the plug-in team, you will need to purchase the plug-in separately. Only the direct buyers get the plug-in license key.

Sure, our theme includes a simple One-click demo data installation, which allows your site to look exactly as on the theme demo.
All the clipart images included in this theme are copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this theme. Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately.
After demo import clipart images will have watermark sign.
Nevertheless, you can request the clipart-related image IDs/references by contacting our support department.

You can choose between “Registered” and “Guest” booking. Registered allows your customers to book appointments under their own user account. The bonus here is that you can create a Profile page for them to manage their appointments (see above). Guest booking simply asks for a Name and Email Address to book an appointment. No user is created.

Great looking theme – some presales questions:-
1. Any plans to add Schema.org markup for SEO – its missing
2. Performance is shockingly bad – mostly Javascript and render blocking resources- see google page insights and gtmetrix. Do you have a demo which is fully optimised to check as it’s the lowest score I have ever seen in page insights
3. Theme uses a lot of plugins – do you have a demo only using Elementor
4. Elementor Pro – Will it work with this
5. Admin Backend – do you have a demo or screenshot
6. Elementor Templates – can you use Elementor Pro to make a template of each page

1) The theme is seo-friendly, but doesn’t included a complete SEO pack. For more advanced SEO, please install plugins for SEO. This is one of Themeforest requirements – to differentiate the theme package from additional features that should be added as plugins.

2) Website loading time depends on many factors like server response time, image optimization, caching etc. Google page speed does not actually measure the speed of your site. Speed – the loading time of your site – is the most important metric which counts for user experience and for SEO.

But all existing demo pages and layouts are built through Elementor Page Builder and should be customized via Elementor ONLY.
Sure, you can enable Fix this row when scroll option for row in needed header layout.
