when you hover over the cart to view the items you have in your basket, the names of the products are not responsive and they get cut off since it doesnt fit in one line. Is there a CSS where if the name is longer to create a second line and display the whole name including the variation selected?

Yes, you can, simply you have to enable the catalog mode from Theme Options and it will hide the price from your site OR you can use the Role base Price management as well.

That is coming from Block and that has been set under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product as showing below:

So, for that, you have to go to Blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything from there as per your requirements.

Yes, Porto WordPress is a fully responsive Theme, Adaptive images mean the images shrink as the screen size shrinks, so let me clear you, images are set using plugins elements as well, and some times the setting of the elements does not shrinks the image sizes and for that, you have to use Custom CSS with media queries for different screen resolutions.

Please check it once with the default WP Theme like Twenty Twenty for making it sure that this is our Theme issue or not, If it will not work with the default Theme of the WP then it will make sure that this is not our Theme but the WP issue and for that, you have to contact your hosting provider and if it will work with the default Theme of the WP then please do the following debugging processes one by one I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

I had the same question and just read your reply below to another customer from 2 days ago.

Can you just regularly update the Porto theme to include the latest plugins like Betheme, instead of pointing us to a support page that I have to register to get something that should have already been updated???

I’ve been waiting for Slider 6.26 to update from 2 months ago and it’s so frustrating to see your reply when this is something almost every author does automatically.

APPEARANCE/INSTALL PLUGIN should simply show “UPDATE” when there is an update.

I’ve tried to manually update your Rev slider plugin before (that I can do on any other theme) and it ruined the theme. Luckily, I did have a backup.

It would be so much easier on your end. Hence, why I have been waiting.

We always update the Theme regularly you can check our changelog, it shows the date of the Theme updates.

Now regarding the pugins update, plugins update releases frequently, and we always have to test the latest plugin update with the Theme for checking its compaitability with the Theme and if all seems ok we releases the update, so its always take some time.

You can always find the latest plugins in the Theme package as well under plugins folder, you can use from there if you have any difficulty to go to the support page.

And Finally we will update the plugins links with the latest plugins after complete testing in the above given article, so please be patience till that.

And obeviously we will release the update of the Theme with the latest plugins as well.

Hi, I have create some events post on the Porto Template. How to the change ordering event post by date Desc / Asc ? by default is Desc, I need ASC. Cannot find the ordering configuration on wp-admin backend. Please advise.

1. There is no option in the Theme for changing the order of the Event Custom Post Type, You can use the Simple Custom Post Order Plugin and change the order of the Events from Backend, It will work for you at frontend automatically as per your needs.

How to add porto button shortcode in tinymce editor? When I click “P” it shows only Block, Container, Animation, Testimondial, .. Blog. There is no short code for Buttons.

Yes, Porto Advance Button Shortcode is not present in TinyMCE editor when clicking “P”, It has limited elements shortcode, If you want to use any element shortcode which is not present in TinyMCE editor then, you can do it with a simple trick.

First of all, create a new test page and add/insert element you want shortcode on it, like Porto Advanced Button as showing in the below-given screenshot:

Now change it as Classic Mode and also change as Text Mode and copy the shortcode as showing below:

Now go to the page you have used TinyMCE editor and paste that code into it in text Mode as showing below:
