i agree with many of the comments shared by other customers. on this author’s support capability. i guess the ratings are fudged. How can rating be more than 4 when many people are complaining. Is there a way to escalate and report them to the themeforest team?

I bought this theme, but i wouldn’t advice anybody from purchasing this theme, unless you’re ready to face their sh*t support team.

I paid for six months support for nothing sakes.

3 weeks delay and 4 days of escalation and counting. No response yet on the issues i raised. I still have hope and left with some patience.

despite you mentioning that your team will look into the issues that i have raised and not been done anything about for a month now, no one is responding to the support ticket. in fact you are also not responding.

pre-Sale Question, Does It have inbuilt Appointment system? or does it supports any form of appointment system

When trying to submit a listing and you type in the location in the “Location” field, the results keep refreshing non-stop and it’s impossible to choose a location properly.

Also, what is the difference between ‘friendly location’ and ‘location’? What’s the point of having two? And I can’t remove it?

After waiting for 3 weeks and promise that you will fix the defects I raised, I downloaded the latest version as I was told all the defects are fixed. It is with disapointment I have to disclose in this forum and also in my review that, none of the 5 critical defects i raised were fixed but 2-3 more defects have been introduced in the main workflow of the template. You have been asking me many times to give you work for customizing but how can i give you work for customization when your quality of work is so bad. My ticket id is #003680

There should be a dedicated support team willing to work your customers through any issues, step by step, and not giving a half-baked reply.

Hi, Is there a possibility to create a directory around social media tools. I don’t need google maps, locations etc … (can I turn them off in this case) I just need a few filters to find the right tool. If not, do you have an appropriate theme?

Hi, I’ve been trying to reach the support team, i opened 5 support tickets and am yet to get a reply.

(Please note, am using the theme to create a professional directory sites for therapists.)

Please, i need a feedback on these, asap…

1.) I need to add a consent checkbox on the form (field manager), where users must accept to have read my site’s terms & conditions, before their registration is completed.

2.) I need to change some of the default headers, like in the listing page, i want to change ‘business info’ to ‘personal info’

3.) I need to add more form fields on the registration page, and be able to display them on the listing page. Example, i want to add ‘professional bodies’ – where users can list the professional organizations they belongs to, and also ‘therapies offered’-where users can lists the extra services they offer.

4.) I need to use a more simple payment method, that skips the process of adding to cart….(Just click on pay, and it takes you straight to where you’ll put your payment detains.)

very nice, organized and need. Can I offer plans such as, free plan: name address but phone hidden, Premium: Name, address, show telephone, video etc… Also can you hide statistics? I am still waiting for update on my previous ticket 003680 that is open since last 10 days or so. I found another issue and reported in your support system with ticket id 003833. I am really upset that your team is asking for money in the name of customization for a feature which is wordpress default feature. Can you please take a look. I am fine paying for customization if it is really customization.
