Hi there! After updating my theme this morning, my product catalog images are rendering at large sizes. Some are showing square as they should when you click on them, while others show up large & rectangle. Can you tell me where in the settings to readjust this? You can see the product image looks as it should, but once you click on the product, it opens to a very large rectangle. Then when clicking on the other images, they pop up at different sizes. Several products are doing this, but this one is the best example. TIA

I’ve just updated the theme and WPBakery to the latest version, however, the options under the ‘design’ tab in the layout builder can’t be clicked on anymore, so I can’t style any of the features.

I am linking a css file in header.php (in impreza-child / child theme) – header is not showing it. Header.php is in child theme. Footer file is also in child theme. Same file shows up when called from footer but not from header.php Any hint?

Okay. I have created child theme. I have copied footer and header php files in child theme and child theme is active – so header, footer should come from child theme? right? but header is not – footer is… okay thing is … i want to use my own css file in header and my own js file in footer… my custom file… i dont want to use custom code area in theme to throw my custom css and js.

Main header menu, in responsive mode, for small devices, ignores first anchor link and drops down the sub menu. It has usually a link in desktop mode. That’s a link that on hover drops down a menu – but that is a link also connected to a real page – but same, in mobile view ignores the link and just toggles the drop down…. How can I make its link enable in mobile view – there is an icon, that can trigger dropdown menu!

The pricing tables do not support shortcode. What if i want to switch currency and want to use price as shortcode in price option in pricing table?

At the moment shortcode can’t be executed as other shortcode attributes. Try using the_content filter to find and replace your shortcode, it would look like:

function pricing_the_content( $content ) {

I have tryed to update a 2015 version of this theme to the newest one. The problem is that one uses Visual Composer and the other one Page Builder, and seems it doesn’t has compatibility. Is there any tutorial or similar to update and old Impreza theme to the new one?

Yes! I did exactly this, the manual update, but the website doesn’t look as before. I think that version 2 was using Visual Composer and the latest one is using Page Builder, so there are many elements doesn’t showing correctly.

Hey guys, I’ve imported the Fashion shop demo and the filter shortcode on pages is showing as shortcode (e.g. [us_grid_filter etc etc. ] ) and not the filter itself. Am I missing something else I need to do? The site is brand new, only the demo has been imported on a fresh Wordpress site. Thanks!

Mobile Menu gains color from header area background. Go to Impreza > Theme Options > Colors and change the “Main Area: Background”.
