My tickets have been deleted from the support platform. Support had asked me to give it access at my WP Admin to correct the problem and it did nothing. My problem was also reported by another user in the comments. It is a very big problem of use and it is imperative that this one be solved. It is currently totally impossible to edit Tile Item type pages using WP Backery and it totally blocks me in the development of the site.
