1) Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

Step 1: Firstly, we log into cPanel and click on the PHP PEAR Packages available under the SOFTWARE section. The icon appears as in the image.

Step 2: Then we type zip in the search bar, and Archive_Zip will be available. Here, we click on the install icon.

Step 3: After installing Archive_Zip, we go to the previous step and click the Select PHP Version icon.

Step 4: Now, the Archive_Zip is visible here. Click the checkbox of the zip extension. And hit the save button to add the Archive_Zip to the current PHP version. This would install the PHP Zip extension.

We have updated the theme to version 1.3 https://prnt.sc/t950la with the updated demo contents ( with home page 4 ). Just download the latest theme files and update the files in your FTP and install the demo contents again.

Yes if you need the home page 4 demo, then you need to install the demo contents once again. All your current contents will be removed in the demo content install and fresh contents will be updated.
