Thanks for the theme it was easy to customize … but when we migrated the website to another host we lost all parameters, we did the backup thing in theme options and there almost everything okay, the problem that we’re facing now is that we lost all the header settings and now every page, article or portfolio has the default settings, for example a page that had an x-large title and had a background image, now is having normal title and have no background image, is there a way to fix this or should we do it manually for each page, article & portfolio ?

Now I want to also apply the same feature to an image on my site; but I found that the sample image links you provided below are now DEAD LINKS. It seems you don’t understand!!! Normally before I even open a ticket I usually comb through the comment section or the documentations before coming to you guys; and interestingly I have solved more that 70% of my site issues that way. Now, I came across a feature that you guys had already provided an answer to, some 2 years back.
When I was about to copy and apply this code, I noticed that the provided links where dead. I then copied and pasted the conversation from the comment section right here.
So in summary, 2 years ago someone asked a question on how to apply a rotating feature to an image, of which you provided the answer. I have the answer that you provided but the links to the image on how to apply it is now a dead link because of course two years have passed already. So I am simply asking that you check this comments section using what I pasted above and simply re-provide me with links with the original screenshot or another screenshot, if you can’t find the original one that was given here 2 years ago. Simple!!!
Then on another note, about 2 weeks back support provided me with this custom code for changing the color and opacity for the “MAIN MENU & HEADER AREA”. This was the code provided of which I applied in the custom css on GEM THEME OPTIONS/GENERAL/ADVANCED/CUSTOM CSS section; But it doesn’t not work. So I have pasted it here for you to confirm if the code is the right one. maybe I was given the wrong code. I will really appreciate it, if i can get BOTH ANSWERS right away because the weekend is upon us. Thank You. Here it is:

Hello, I was able to apply the custom rotate css and it works as intended, THANKS FOR THAT. I do have a question, if you don’t mind?
This rotate function works on and off using the mouse hover effect, which is splendid; but in the case of the mobile function on the tab and phone, where there is obviously the absence of a mouse, the rotate function does not work there at all.
So the question is: Is there a way to activate the ROTATE FUNCTION USING TOUCH as against a mouse hover and if that’s not possible, how about for it TO ROTATE BY DEFAULT WHEN LOADED ON SMALLER SCREENS I.E MOBILE DEVICES.

Hello, i’m a beginner on website building. I already own a website(+domain) that i would like to renew, and i also have another empty hosting and domain.
For i am a beginner, i would like to work on the empty domain name to learn and after i am fluent with website making, i would like to take the created website to my other domain name(and also so that my current website doesnt go down). It seems after I installed the YOAST SEO plugin, this behavior was introduced. Now I have deleted YOAST but any page that is using the BLOG element can no longer be viewed after PUBLISHING.

Thank you for getting back to me. Just sent the message. Also the theme doesn’t seem to be uploading onto the site when I uploaded the zipped wordpress file from Envato downloads. I also downloaded the full folder, extracted it and tried uploading just The Gem theme zipped file, also didn’t work. Only when I placed the theme folder into File Manager on the server, but that’s when the Ajax error came up.

Hello… Just a small query ( we have 7 licences and support expired 3 days ago ) but WPbakery Front End editor doesn’t work on Woo-commerce Product, so we are finding it very difficult to edit the product layout, aesthetics and adding blocks like video , custom footer etc. Are we doing something wrong ?
