Can you please advise when the next update will be? We are having issues with our Woocommerce store. This is the message: Your theme (ApexClinic) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.
This is not an error and you can ignore those warnings. We’ll update shortly, but with every woocommerce version update woocommerce would show that warning.
If you’re getting notice of outdated WooCommerce template, then you just need to update the WooCommerce version by editing files of WooCommerce from ‘wp-content/themes/apex-clinic/woocommerce’ (Edit those files of WooCommerce only in where version is mention). For example, you can update the version of ‘wp-content/themes/apex-clinic/woocommerce/archive-product.php’ as per this screenshot:- https://nimb.ws/4YkLFv
Do you have demo for this? Than can Store your files, edit, view and share with your team or colleagues. It is practical in keeping medical histories and active files, which it can be used for updating, downloading and storage of radiology images.
It’s an interesting feature request. I think we can do this with the help of Buddypress. We’ll see if we can integrate and update theme with this feature.
Hey, I saw that the version of WPBakery you’re using has some XSS vulnerabilities. I’m trying to update through appearance > install plugins, but it doesn’t do anything. Are you planning to update it at any point?

Sorry, we’ve checked that there’s no vulnerabilities issue. Please delete the existing ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugin from ‘Plugins > Installed Plugins’ and install the plugin again from ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’ and you’ll get the latest version of ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugin.

I looked at the source code of the demo site, but unfortunately I did not see the correct breakdown of the H1-H4 headers there. In the description of the template, write that they are correct, but they are not on the demo. Tell me, maybe I misunderstood your description?
If you want to change you can do that easily as it uses wpbakery page builder. Of course you’re not going to use our provided dummy text, so while adding text and heading you can add/adjust text from visual composing mode.
And then there are problems with links in the mega menu. All links that are at the third level in the mega menu link to the same page https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/cosmetic-surgery/book-an-appointment/

It’s working well now on our demo.
I bought your theme, installed and configured the site, but the problem with the menu remained (as I indicated on the screenshot of your site). When creating two or three-level menus, a link to a field of the entire second level leads to the next ID menu. When you click on a burger in the mobile version, the automatic link of the first ID menu is triggered. I need to create a third-level menu, but it only shows the second, which does not expand. In general, the mega menu is not very mega … It works very poorly in the mobile version

If you have created profile on this portal then you can login using email / password and you can see your tickets. Make sure you verified your email id. There is social login method as well. Once support team replies, you’ll get a reply like a regular mail to which you can respond to like any other email.
Make sure you check spam box for email activation emails. Mails are sent directly by Zendesk.com and not from our domain.

All demos are included in demo import. To have new demos you need to download latest theme and run import again.

The theme is still being sold and used by many with out any problem. if you want us to inspect your issue then you need to renew your support, open a ticket with your site url and site access so that we can check.
We have tested our demos even today and there is no issue after import.
I found problem. If customers want to use demo its named Clinic 2, they must add these codes in custom CSS at Theme Panel:

In header style 12, it looks like there is a bar above the are with the logo, phone etc where you can put the social icons etc, there dos not seem to be, can you add this? it is in style 3, but seems to be left out of style 12, this would be a good addition

1) How can I stop the Featured image being used in the page header, as they always will be different dimensions.

2) Is there any slider or carousel to show pages or text and images, ie to show the treatments of a category, allowing mobile users to swipe through them.

3) The Fancy text box and other items in the theme allow no customisation, and even when I add custom CSS, it is overwritten by your theme. It seems the text colour is stuck on white, so its impossible to read with most images

Just to highlight the issues
1- The mega menu dropdowns overlap, causing users to click on the incorrect page, this has been reported many times, but no update applied to the theme?
2- the menu menu’s columns are stacked under each other for certain menus
3- the featured image for a page, usually square or rectangle is used for the page title background, which almost always makes the title look terrible, due to the image being too small or in the incorrect dimensions, this should be controlled globally or on a page basis
4- The theme elements in WP Bakery such as the Fancy text slider and others have no controls to change the text colour or anything else, making these elements nearly unusable

Well, it’s a WordPress theme and not a bootstrap template, so you can’t use as a html site.
