I purchased premium theme and level of support is not even equal to free theme support.

Earlier you were saying it is due to theme rename now you are saying it is due to server settings
tell me what do i change if it is due to server settings, there are 50+ wordpress sites are running on my server neither have any issue, so don’t try to make excuses.
i erased because i want to setup it myself i need ubella light version not dark.
you didn’t even shared theme data and xml files to install it manually if it doesn’t work by demo content install.
you are taking days to reply do i keep waiting here for you, does this conversation go like this i write ticket then wait for days to respond.?

I needed an urgent website for an model agency within few hours so i thought of purchasing this but when i am trying to set up i am getting an unusual error

I have to launch site within next few hours otherwise it is of no use. I am feeling cheated now even after using paid theme such an bad experience. I need my refund within an hour . i am going to purchase some other theme.
i saw many bad comments on themeforest saying they are facing issues with template but i thought it will work fine but unfortunately it was waste of money and time.
@themeforest please focus on quality themes and always maintain high quality portfolio and remove all faulty themes please

Hello As per you Due to specific server settings the theme can not download the demo content from our server.
it’s been 24 hours and they are saying you have to wait until Monday really? what is the use of premium pre built templates if it took days to make it work as well as efforts to reply you , report issue create tickets. worst experience ever
The issue is related to your server not mine. so why i would suffer for this. I purchased this for urgent work and it is not fulfilled due to this error why i do suffer for issues from your side you should have handled it properly.
Our tech support team is available Monday through Friday
Do we keep waiting for you and see weekdays before purchasing, what if we need that to be working at same time when we purchased, what is the meaning of purchasing premium themes if we have to wait for days write complains , reply to your emails, create tickets.
We will make install manually. you are still saying you will do it manually instead of fixing errors on your server, you haven’t asked which demo content i need it’s just that we keep playing emails emails and i kept replying to you then why i have wasted my money on this.
I need refund or compensation simple and clear.

Please note, that if you want to rename a theme – that’s not a good idea. Such steps may break a theme or lead to unexpected issues. Each theme contains its unique IDs, classes, and code which are connected directly with a theme’s name. The renaming may break these connections and you will lose a theme’s functionality and correct appearance + you’ll miss the future product updates.
This is what i am still facing-
Don’t make people fool, i have tried resetting it and uploaded theme with same name still same issue
you really trying to defend yourselves even issue is from your side
and i don’t want to install you for me i just want it work and it should work as it should be instead of manual install

when i install plugins for revolution slider it still show same error, same issue when trying to install demo fix it and let me know so i can do a fresh installation and give an try
