Which plugin, we have not installed any plugin. We have only installed plugins related to your theme. How we can add this column in CSV file?
We mean that this funcitonality is related to WooCommerce plugin. Here is a documentation for this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/ The information about additional variations images are stored in “woodmart_variation_gallery_data” meta for each parent product.

This meta value stored as array in the database. We found an issue where WooCommerce developers say that it is not possible to import/export serialized data with a standard mechanism and you need to use some extra tool for that. Read more information here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/18379 Unfortunately, it is not possible to import/export this field at the moment.

There is something weird about the theme, all the images are no longer showing on the website.
Be sure that you have enabled it in Theme Settings -> Header. If it will not help, please, send us your admin access via the contact form on our profile page.
Lazy loading for images was the bug, it made the images on the site disappear.

Try to edit your home page and disable SVG animation option for each Information box element.

My site’s currency is ₡ (colones), but I have some products is $ (US Dollars)... The cart will only accept one currency at a time.
When I add the products with $ currency symbol, ONLY the mini cart widget shows the site’s ₡ currency symbol, not the product’s one… the cart page does show the correct currency symbol and checkout also shows the correct symbol.
Can I update the cart’s currency symbol with the product’s one somehow?

Ok, but it is RankMath’s problem, not the theme problem. It did not work on Newspaper theme too.
The meta descriptions didn’t work on few pages, while on some did work – strange.
And my site got halfway de-indexed from google… actually 3 of my sites.
“Rank Math – for those who don’t wish to be indexed, ever. ” LOL
Oh yeah, my site didn’t get attacked by bots and bad scripts since I installed that plugin.. LOL
We recommend you to use Yoast SEO plugin as a best option for search optimization.

1. After theme update I noticed that many settings do not work. (4.8 to 5.2) 2. I also noticed how theme settings refresh the whole page, not just the settings, and it takes a lot of time for settings to become available to change again. (10sec) While on 4.8 version it doesnt refresh the whole page, only the settings page (2sec) I installed this on Siteground hosting, on Nginx-apache hybrid vps, on Litespeed vps, and every time the same issues.
So when do you plan to replicate the issue if you already don’t know about it? When do you plan to release the patch?
I also noticed a BUG, where I installed the theme and setup the site with images etc. Then I added new SSL, and the theme did not allow media files to change to https. I activated wp default theme and media files were on https, and then I activated Basel theme, and media files got reverted to http.

Sorry, can’t share access. But you can easily replicate the issue:
1. Install fresh WP and install Basel theme.
go to settings page, change something > then click ‘Save’.
Check this image: http://prntscr.com/sxys4k
After you save settings (step 1 in image), you will notice how the settings notification pops out the notification that settings are changed successfully (step 2.)
But in the image on step 3, you will see how the whole page if reloading every time you save the settings.
You can also replicate 2nd issue: an SSL issue.
- Install fresh wp without SSL.
- upload few pictures.
- Add an SSL to your website, and force WP to redirect http to https.
Check all your images within media library = they don’t have an https path.
Replicate 3rd issue:
Make a website using theme version 4.8.
(install some demo but not the default one or w/e)
Then manually update the theme to the latest version. You will see that settings are messed up (different colors, logo etc.)

1. Yes, our theme setttings reload each time when you click on Save button. But all settings are saved correctly.
2. All our theme’s images are turned to HTTPS. The only exception are images uploaded as backgrounds using WPBakery page builder. To fix them, you need to go through all the WPBakery rows and columns and reupload their backgrounds.
3. Be sure that you have followed our migration guide from the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

1. in version 4.8, when you click Save button the settings are saved instantly.
In version 5.2, the settings are saved instantly (as I said already) BUT the whole page is reloaded too, which is why we have to wait additional 10 to 15 seconds before options are available again to change.
To me, it looks like step backwards.
2. SSL issues are in media library, not in frontend.
Also, there is an mixed content issue while browsing the setting in some areas.
3. I followed migration guide. But I know where the problems are and luckily I know how to bypass them. Who knows, maybe I forgot something. I noticed only problems with fonts, primary color, logo and top bar.
Also, it would be a good feature to implement CSS performance offload like in Woodmart theme. Another suggestion is to do the same with JS. Or do some kind of optimization where only what’s used on a page gets loaded, no unnecessary js/css.
Overall, keep it up. I like Basel.
1. Yes, it was Redux Framework functionality. Our theme doesn’t have AJAX theme settings save function at the moment.
2. Media library is a WordPress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it at all. As for the mixed content, it is caused by the problem we described in our previous reply.
3. We will consider implementing this for our Basel as well.
