Is it possible to remove the Woocommerce basket icon from the pages? After I installed Woocommerce, the basket appears in all the screens, even if the user is not logged in.

Is it possible for Hosts to leave reviews for Guests like Airbnb does?

Thank you for the message. We don’t have reviews by guests since guests may register as simple user (and no profile in this case shows with their private information). I will save the idea to wishlist, but because of the current functionality of the theme which allows all users to register as users who want just to book (so no profile) and users who want to book and rent (owners), we’re not sure how to incorporate the suggestion easily. We will research further on the suggestion for sure though. Thank you

1- I see you have mentioned that at the moment you don’t yet do Stripe Connect for splitting payments, but that you are considering working on it. There is a plugin from WC Vendors that works with WooCommerce which does Stripe Connect Direct for splitting payments. Will this work in your theme?
https://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-stripe-connect/2 – Do you have the ability to have automated messages sent out at pre-determined times (set by Owner) on a per property basis? In other words, if an Owner wants to send out an automatic email with Check In information for his/her specific property at a time they specify (say 2 days before Check in) can that be done?
Can messages be sent out at other times as specified by the Owner on a per property basis? In other words, a day after check in (at a time specified by the Owner) a message is sent to the guest to check in to make sure all is ok. Or 1 day before check out (at a time specified by the Owner on a per property basis) a “check out reminder” message is sent. Or 1 day after checkout, a “thank you” message is sent. If this is possible, can the Owner personalize the all of these messages templates and can that be done on a per property basis?
3 – Is there any way to set a maximum number of guests (say 4) at the advertised nightly rate, but then charge for additional guest per night beyond 4 guests, up to a specified number of maximum guests? I see you say there is no way to set a maximum number of guests in that scenario, but that is not a good setup for most of the property owners that I work with. Do you know if that is something that I could have a developer (paying you or paying a 3rd party) recode so that I could create that option?
4 – Can Admin add verified past reviews to Owners properties? Can that be done via API? Can Admin limit access to Owners so they can’t delete bad reviews, or manually add in their own (possibly fake) reviews?
5 – For displaying reviews on the property card or in the listing, can the average review score AND the total number of reviews both show, as well as the visual star icon with the correlate number of stars colored in? Example is 359 reviews with an average of 4.0 would show as 4.0 (359) and then 4 out of 5 stars will be colored in.
6 – Is there a way to have Thursday, Friday, Saturday as an option for Weekend nights?
7 – for iCal sync, how often does it sync? Is there a way to change the frequency of sync times? Is there a way for the system to verify the iCal sync before the booking is made, just to make sure that there hasn’t been a booking elsewhere since the last sync? Could I have a developer (paying you or paying a 3rd party) recode so that I could create that option?
8 – For the “hide property address & map location” is there a way to set the distance / radius size that the approximate location circle shows?

Great, thanks for the info. I’ll look into seeing if any of my asks might be possible via a 3rd party developer or plugin.
In the mean time, I’ve been playing around in the demo, and it gives a lot of examples of the power of this Theme. It’s quite impressive. As for the way the listing pages are displayed, can the order your demo shows categories be rearranged and can category items be hidden?
For example, the demo pages all seem to have Listing Description, Prices, Sleeping Arrangements, Address, Details, Features, Terms & Conditions, etc as the order that categories are displayed on the listing pages. If I wanted to rearrange that order and put Prices and Address at the bottom, is that possible?
If I want to hide a category so it doesn’t display at all, can that be done? Is on a per listing basis, or globally for all listings?

Hello. When someone start a reservation but don´t finish the process (woocommerce), system creates an invoice and make those days unavailable for other people. Can i just tur off this in any way as we just need direct bookigs? (if payment isn´t done we don´t want an invoice or anything about that operation (as users are not even lged in, so we don´t have data to make contact or resend the invoice, as system suggest). Hi. I don’t know what you see, but the theme itself doesn’t bloc days until payment confirms. Even if the theme creates the invoice (which shows in user dashboard) until it’s paid and confirmed , booking is not blocked.
You say you use woo commerce (i assume you use with instant booking enabled). The same should apply in this case – if payment doesn’t go through – woo order stays with status failed (may be pending) but unless payment comes -> and order goes to processing or complete, the booking doesn’t confirm and dates are free to be booked by anyone until a payment comes in.

Hi, I understand you wish to modify the booking form yourself and enter a new validation system regarding max guests, but it’s not something we could guide to do as it’s a complex change. Presale question:
We want to build a website with WP Rentals but with a few modifications:
1. We want to be the ones managing entirely all the properties (cars, hotels and so on), not that other people will put their listings freely.
Is there problem in simply hiding the “Add Listing” from the users and in their dashboard? How can we go about this?
2. We want all properties to be synched with major Rental websites like Booking, Expedia and so on. How should we do this, through their API? Or do we have a plugin you recommend?

1. The theme can be used as single owner, but we don’t rent hotel style or cars. Please see the demo https://wprentals.org/ We have booking accommodation as single listings that can be offered for rent by hour or day/night.
2. It’s just an option you make in theme admin and site becomes available for submission only to users you select in wp-admin https://help.wprentals.org/article/use-wprentals-for-a-single-property-single-owner/
3. If by synced you mean sync calendar, we have ical import/export to sync available dates in booking form. If you mean import properties and their info, that we don’t have as option.

Hello, I’m facing an error with WooCommerce when the customers try to checkout/finalize the purchasing (site is in LocalHost, actually). It’s being warned a message informing that address has an invalid format.

Hi nlanznaster , Thank you for writing. Are you using any extra plugins for checkout? I cannot replicate and I looked online in Woo documentation – but all I found was info related to 3rd party plugin which may not validate the checkout fields correctly.

Could you advise if I set up the pay per listing option, paid listing submission (not membership) is there a front end page already deigned in the demo import, for people listing to click on which listing option they will go with, before listing their property? or does this page need to be designed from scratch? 1. You can enable paid submission (not membership) and ask for a fee for each listing to be published. We have this enabled in this demo https://demo1.wprentals.org/user-dashboard/Dashboard asks to pay after submit and the listing won’t be published until it’s paid. https://prnt.sc/t95bky
What it’s important to mention is that we have Paid Submission & Woo Commerce support which means you can use Woo Commerce merchants to process payments.
In this demo we also enabled manual approval, so even if you pay it won’t be published as we don’t manually approve that, but you can have automatic approval after payment confirms.
We have 1 listing option – and if they wish to pay for their listing to be featured, they can pay separately after they pay the initial fee to get their listing published.
You don’t need developer skills to use the theme features as they are showcased.

Thank you. One other thing could you please advise if the area “Waiheke Island works on your front end search if you have the search on Geo location. I have purchased Homey theme however the Google API is not working for Waiheke Island New Zealand, and they cannot confirm a fix so I need to look at another theme that does work. I have been in touch with Google and it works on the maps so it is a theme code problem. Could you please advise before I purchase?

Hello, IS it possible to have free subscriptions to start with, to generate listings and then offer people a paid upgrade to a featured listing once the site is established? I I am not wanting to take payments for bookings onsite, can renters pay off site with an automated email with the owners’ bank account details? For submission, this is what you can do now.
To upgrade to featured is possible only if users pays for the submission too.
In your scenario, you need people to submit for free and then maybe ask them to pay. You mention and early subscription fee, so I assume it will be an early fee to be published on your site.
You can start in this case with membership based submission.
You set how many free listings you allow each new user to add and how many days that property stays published for free. After that time passes, user can upgrade to a paid membership with x allowed featured listings / included listings for a period of time (one year in your case)
The theme doesn’t do payments to owner. If he wants user to pay him, details are shared after booking is confirmed and users can write via the message system to discuss any payment details.
