Hello, on my website I have an old version of enfold and I also made some modifications to the theme files. I would like to buy it to update it, however I am afraid of losing my modifications and I did not control these changes. Is there a way that if you came to buy you can help me with it?
This theme is really great but it is quite old now, is there any future idea to freshen it up or make a newer updated theme version that maybe includes nicer box elements, new header layout etc ? It seems that all other themes now have this as standard.

We developed our website on Enfold theme 4.6.1. However, since the child theme did not come with the theme, the previous development team made some changes to the theme files itself. Now we want to upgrade the theme, but do not have logs of the changes we made. Would it be possible for you to share the Enfold theme 4.6.1 version so we can compare and find the differences? Also, can you provide the child theme so we do not face this issue in next update?

hello, one of my clients has an older version of this theme (3.1.5). and now he has a problem updating his wordpress. why didn’t he get any updates? does this theme doesn’t get updates?there is no contact email anywhere…is there a limit on how many updates one can have? what should he do now?

He probably did not added his API key (which is deprecated and replaced with Personal Tokens) in Enfold theme options so did not receive updates from WP dashboard.
Since he is using a very old version of the theme, we would recommend you to update the theme on a testing installation via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and then refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token so he would receive future updates

You can go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu to adjust the settings however currently such menu would not be possible without customization. You would need to either customize the menu or use a menu plugin for such dropdown menu.

Hi there, I have a question about the license. I had a guy on Fiverr help me create a website using the Enfold theme. He says he bought this theme with unlimited access for unlimited sites and can sell me a purchase code as part of his work. Is that what web developers usually do and is this a normal purchase code that never expires? Or do I need to by my own code on this website?
This would be for a new website and not the same site that I already purchased a code for. Thanks!

They may have extended license of the theme however that does not give them rights to re-sell the theme. We would recommend you to purchase the theme yourself using your own ThemeForest account so you can always access theme files whenever needed and would not need to worry in case that developer goes awol

We have tried to update the theme on the website and the theme is stuck in between at the time of update and the theme is not updating. Only way to have access to theme files and support is by having a ThemeForest account with a valid purchase.
