I plan to integrate the following plugins into the site:
Bookly Pro or Easy Appointments for appointment booking and scheduling.
FunnelKit Stripe Woo Payment Gateway for payment processing via Stripe and WooCommerce.
Could you please confirm if your theme supports these plugins? If not, could you provide any guidance on potential integration or issues I might encounter?

We haven’t tested these plugins with the theme unfortunately. There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. Our main focus is to help with built-in theme functionalities and supported plugins which are listed on the ThemeForest page.

Hi Tamashe people, I just purchased the theme today and I am excited to use it. However, whenever I try to activate it, it causes a “fatal error”. I thought the zipped theme upload might have been erroneous, so I deleted that and started afresh with an FTP upload of the unzipped tamashe folder to wp-content/themes. Exact same result! I checked my permissions and all are set to 755. The only other clues I have are “Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.” and “Tamashi – This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.” but if I try to un-pause it, I get a fatal error. So I am stuck. Is this a common issue with a common fix? Is there anything we can do to get it to work or do I need to file for a refund? Thank you!

Installing the theme: already done it with both install methods and installing is not the problem. A fatal error occurs every time the theme is activated.
I have started a ticket with the Qode helpdesk and hope that they will assist with this. Otherwise, I will need a refund.
This could be due to the PHP version. We recommend using PHP 8.0 with the theme.

That seems to have been the issue. I had PHP 7.8 and when I upgraded to 8.0 the theme was able to activate. Thank you! I will let the support team know as well.

Hi – the Elated horizontally scrolling portfolio list – is not working as it should. When I add text to the Cover title, or text etc – it doesn’t show. Also when I view the page – the header is not completely visible. are you able to take a look at this – ive deleted the site + downloaded the most current version. ive chatted to my host + its the theme that is an error. Hi – we purchased this theme. It came with WPBakery Page Builder plugin I think. Version 6.1. Now on the plugins page that is telling us that we need to upgrade to 6.8.0. How do we do that? Obviously we don’t want to pay an additional charge. The current download available to us in Envato is version 6.4.1. Thanks.

I would like to purchase this theme but I’m running woocommerce 4.9.2. The themes compatibility lists woocommerce up to ~4.3. I’m not sure what would break necessarily as you support wordpress 5.x but will this theme work with woocommerce 4.9.2 and if not, will you support it if I purchase the theme? Thanks.

Thanks for taking an interest! The theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You might get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. I like the theme and have three questions. 1) For the Split Slider, is it possible to turn off the numbers/navigation on the slides? 2) Can I put a photo on each side of the slider instead of only on the right, as in the demo? 3) Can the split slider contain video? Thanks in advance for responding.

1.You do not have an option to disable it within our theme options but this could be done by a small piece of CSS.
2. You can add images on both sides.
3. Yes it can video as well in the content of the slide.

Hi guys. Support for the theme has expired but I am having issues importing a specific demo that you guys created. I am following the tutorial but it bugs there. It only gives me the option to import Tamashi, without any further precision, when what I want is to import the demo for the Product showcase. Can you please help? I tried that option but it gets stucked at 80% and doesn’t actually import anything.

Sorry this is not helping. As I mentioned, my support expired as I haven’t made use of the theme yet since I purchased it. So there is no point in me trying to contact support and I am not willing to renew the support as I believe the error comes from the theme. When I try to import the demo, it simply doesn’t offer me the option of which demo to import. That is the bug. Can you please help?

This is not a bug at all. You do import the demo content which will give you access to all the pages that you can see on our demo website. Then it is just a matter of you setting your home page.

I bought the theme about a week ago and unfortunately I can’t use it with my server conditions. I need a lighter theme. It is possible to request a refund of my purchase, I will not use this theme anymore and I will use another page builder as well.
I have tried to find out how to contact you to see the conditions and request my refund through Qode account but I have not been able to find out how. I like many of your themes but unfortunately I can’t use it. :cry: Looking forward to hearing from you!

It ships with a copy of Bakery Visual Composer. This was immediately out of date. The page invites you to go through to the Visual Bakery website where apparently you have to buy a license.

Awesome looking theme! I’m interested in buying it and using the “Vertical Slider Showcase” as a home page. Just one question – on the demo home page I can navigate through slides by clicking/tapping the image but only in one direction. Once I reach the slide 05 it stops. Is there any easy way to make it go back to slide 01 on the next click/tap? Let me know please.

That would be super useful At the moment it feels like the page is stuck on the last slide – nothing is happening, unless you click/tap the slide number. Feels a bit non intuitive especially when using the smartphone, you have to figure out what to do next…
