When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

i seem to be coming across a lot of issues now that my support has run out and am reluctant to pay as many of these issues are bugs.
My main issue currently is with the mobile navigation. I would like to use the fullscreen menu for mobile users, but when set, it still shows the top menu. Not sure if I am doing something wrong?

The mobile menu is active once you view the website on smaller devices, this is our themes default behavior. You could try to set your full-screen menu in your settings, which will be applied to all of your pages and then perhaps target a specific viewport with css to enable the regular menu. But it is not a setting we do have in our theme, as the mobile menu does by default appear one you look at your website on smaller devices.

Please note that LayerSlider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi, I imported the demo with the menu on the left side. Now I want to add this part where all things fly inside when you scroll down. Heading: “ALL THE PIECES FALL INTO PLACE WITH BURST” How can I do that? And I would like exactly the same, only with other images. So I would like to use that from you and only replace the images.

Are you referring to the animation on this page http://burst.mikado-themes.com/landing/ in ALL THE PIECES FALL INTO PLACE WITH BURST section? Yes, that is a built-in theme functionality we created for Burst and you will be able to use it if you wish. It’s Burst Intro demo under Mikado Options -> Import which you will need to import in order to be able to get its content.

Its been around 2 months i am unable to use this theme. Your support person told me there is an issue with my hosting max execution and max download. i purchased new hosting that costed me more. Even now i am unable to install the theme as your demo content. I am facing terrible issue with the theme installation. But instead of an image appearing in a lightbox when an image in the portfolio is clicked, it’s a video that appears in a lightbox when an image in the portfolio is clicked?

Hello Adam,
Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. The image gallery shortcode works with images only. You can’t add a video to the image gallery (or an image that will open the video in the lightbox).
On the other hand, as we explained, you can add a video into the portfolio item’s content, and in that case, the video from the portfolio item can be opened in the lightbox https://prnt.sc/r8y4ef (on the portfolio item, not list).

Hello, I’m having an issue with viewing or adding pages once I have activated the WP Bakery plugin. I saw another post on Ticksy with a guy who has the same problem: https://mikado.ticksy.com/ticket/1593627/ He was advised to add the line of text to the .htaccess file, which I also tried but it caused my site to crash. Can you advise of how to proceed?
Also where do I raise a ticket as the support link just takes me to a list of articles on the site but nowhere to raise a ticket?
