Hey there, I wanted to start selling products on my site using your Noemi theme and was wondering if that was possible and if so what ecommerce plugin would best be compatible to do this?

There is custom integration of WooCommerce, but you should be able to use it with Noemi theme without issue, probably some minor custom styling will be needed.

Hi there, I just downloaded the latest version of the theme and for some reason, I still don’t have the option to select a new font in the typography section. Nothing is clickable. I also made sure to upload and activate all required plugins (except for the Dynamic image one because it keeps saying there’s an error after trying multiple times)
Can you advise on how I can get the option to edit the font on the site? Thank you!

Now to select google font you first need to add Google Font Api Key in general settings, see our docs please https://documentation.px-lab.com/noemi/noemi-options/.
Re “Dynamic image” – we checked and it activates normally, check if you have it installed in “plugins” and try to delete and install from the required plugins again.

I discovered that the required Dynamic Featured Image plugin has been closed on Wordpress since September 2024 due to security issues so I will need a refund.

No, unfortunately you can show only “next” and “previous” posts with or without thumbnail and with the post title.
I have been waiting for 2 days to get a response that wasn’t anywhere near my question. I have this template and when I go to customize the settings (header etc) the template switches to the basic settings and doesn’t allow me to make the change. I’ve sent over 4 messages not including this one and also screenshots. How do I get this resolved so that my company and I can get to our business.

Hello, I was very specific and also included the information that waS asked when I first submitted a ticket. I received a generic reply that had nothing to do with my original issue. When I replied and copy and paste the original questionand then was I then asked to submit my log in information just to be told that they’re done for the day. So now we are going on another day with no support and no way to get our business up and running. So I guess waiting for when they have the time
You opened the first ticket on Sunday, and provided your WP accesses on Monday evening, when we were closed for a few hours already. We have removed Instagram feed from the demo a few months ago, as Facebook has announced Instagram API Platform Deprecation and everybody had to turn to another Instagram Basic Display API. For organizing this process developers have to pass through all Facebook app revisions and to get official approval. We hope we will return this feature back with the nearest updates. Category page is created automatically, as you already know. You can’t change them.

Instagram Access Token – Please note that Instagram has deprecated its API on March 31, 2020. We have already updated the integration based on the new API on our side, but, according to new rules, we also need to apply for an App Review, which has been temporarily paused by Facebook due to COVID-19. Therefore, the Instagram feed will be unavailable for a certain period of time until we are able to finalize the App Review process.

We don’t have such a demo or any other example to show you, but the theme supports RTL, and the only thing you need to do is change the language from WordPress admin.
