hi I bought the theme and everything was fine, but for a while now on the web page the main image has been cut below the menu buttons, but it only happens in Crhome and Opera, and in Internet Explorer and firefox it looks good. My customers use more Chrome, what can I do to fix it?

1. On Business lounge slider 2, the one where the slide captions have numbers like “01”. How do I edit/change the red background? Changing the colour schemes/CSS doesn’t seem to affect it.

Thank you! Your response helped and immediately jolted me to realise my browser zoom level was hiding away more than half those options on the right from view. I had to zoom out a few times so I could see the background color option.

Hi stmcan, I migrated my website to a new server, and now I have 2 theme problems:
1- HomePage is acting like something wrong and showing the post page instead of HomePage. When I am checking the HomePage, it is there but I can’t edit, giving error.
2 – Ninja Forms plugin is giving error too.

1) You need to set a page as your home page via Settings -> Reading or Customize / Homepage https://wordpress.com/learn/bonus-round-get-a-home-page/ Make sure no page has been selected for the Posts page setting.

Hi, yes when moving system changed the pages itself, and it conflict but it fixed now.
1 – Ninja Forms plugin is giving error, when I want to activate an error appearing.
2 – I am getting this error message too, and if I click it crashes too.

The Ninja form issue is not related to the theme, try to update the plugin first.
Other issues should be cleared when you cleared the PHP error caused by the Ninja form plugin. We have tested with various installs and couldn’t replicate the issue on our end.

Of course I updated, removed and downloaded the Ninja Form again etc. Tried a few things, the same result.
But I might be forgot to say, BusinessLounge Extensions Plugin is causing a problem too. I tried a few things for this one too, nothing worked.
This is a beautiful theme, but my moving to a new and better server cost me this unfortunately. For now I fed up on the issue. I can try to use the theme for some another website later maybe.

I couldn’t find the setting to turn off the ‘Grey fade out’ effect when I change pages. Can you tell me where is the setting or the css for it?

Hi. Would like to know if the blog carousel can be flexed to display as categories. I mean I do not want the display as “All Posts” rather I want “Categories” displayed as Image. When I click those images it should lead to the list of posts (probably a grid or masonry layout) that is under the respective category. I’m using WPML plugin more often. And some customers could request different logo for different language. As i understand your theme features you are using wordpress’s customizer for theme options but i have doubt that can i use different logo for different language in your theme?

The theme supports WPML and Polylang plugins. You can translate your media library with WPML so it is possible to show different logo language basis. We don’t have any plans for updating bootstrap in the near feature.

Hello! Our company uses Business Lounge Theme with WP Bakery Page Builder. The version of Wordpress we have is 5.3.2. The version of WPBakery Page Builder is 6.0.5 and it requires an update to 6.1.
