Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS > Pasted the below css code inside the text area > Save All.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #logo img { width: 150px !important;} }
you can change the width value as per you need.

1) Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > Finance Options > General > Loader Animation > NO > Save All.

2) Get into Admin panel > Appearance > Finance Option > Layout > Header > Others > Enable Top Bar > Edit code you place here will appear above header of your site.
