Our devs are working on a solution.
Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialised for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Hi,
I am not able to see contact us pages, blog page standard/centered and other blog pages. In console it gives me this error (elementorFrontend is not defined) but every other pages are working fine, i can edit them and can see them on frontend. What is the problem?
These two pages are not seen on front end.

Hi, please sort the contact page issue as early as possible… it is still showing broken and also when i go to import page from theme options it says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. So i am not able to import single page. however in Biagiotti Dashboard menu i can access to import tab. Please see.

Ok, glad you managed. You should know that SideArea opener is located as a widget in Appearance > Widget > Header widget area, so you can simply remove it from there. Hello,i installed the last version of 3rd june 2020 but i have a message with this error: “Your theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”. I guess the issue is on biagiotti/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php versione 3.6.0 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 4.1.0, Do you know how can fix this issue?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi, can you recommend a hosting service that has the requirements for this theme – my current one doesn’t have enough memory_limit = 128M max_input_vars = 2000 upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M max_execution_time = 120 and I can’t get it to work. Thank you, it is a lovely theme!

I had logged in via instagram but it is asking me to re-connect to instagram and when i try to re-connect it shows this error: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”} It was showing fine yesterday, but now its gone. I disconnected it from my account and it won’t connect again.
